I have about 20 miles in these socks over the last 2 days. They seem pretty good. The humidity is around 90° so I can’t say much about the moisture wicking because nothing works in these conditions. I do have a few snags already but that’s par for the course. I hear of ppl getting 1500 miles out of these and my feet feel relatively cool and comfortable. They’re definitely smooth and seem like they won’t cause blisters. Cool to see a USA made sock that’s decently priced and works well. Will buy more for my rotation.

Long-time Smartwool sock wearer, and finally went to Darn Toughs. Darn Toughs hold better, don’t bunch, with no hot spots and they last. I love Smartwool stuff, but Darn Toughs are just better hiking socks. Sure SW’s may feel better in your hand when buying them, but on the trail there is no comparison. I’m slowly switching all my socks to Darn Tough, and I have been hiking Smartwool for ~30 years.
