I received this item on February 15. Took about a month to get a link for the instruction manual from the company. Used it for about a month and then the foot switch on/off pedal broke. Emailed the company again. Got an automatic reply on May 5 that they were closed for a Chinese holiday May 1-5. It's now May 23 and I still have no response re: the broken switch.UPDATE: The company finally did get back to me and Amazon sent a new unit. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the same switch on the new unit broke during the very first song.

I decided to give it a try because I perform live with my guitar, vocal and Alesis drum machine, and wanted another layer of sound. It actually impressed me because now they have one dial for which key you are currently in. You have to know a little bit about keys and their relative minors to set this setting correctly, because it only lists the major keys. So if you are in A minor, you would set it to C, because A minor is the relative minor to C major.The harmony sounds pretty good, though even with the new "key" setting, it still occasionally gets the wrong half steps when set to 3rd harmony. It is safest to keep it at Octave higher more than anything else. So when I push the pedal it adds a voice an 0catve higher and sounds pretty good! NOTE: If you sing off-key, the harmony will be off-key also, lol.

Great looking pedal. Plugging it in to test it out. Sounded like someone drove up to my window and was playing music out their car window. The pedal was actually picking up music from the airwaves. Messed with the controls and was able to tamp that sound to just static. There's no way I could use this on stage. It makes noise. I found it easy to use, though I would prefer "clicks" in my dials. You can smoothly turn the knob between keys, which makes no sense. Would also prefer the feature like the Boss VE-2 has, where you have a knob that goes from Direct to Harmony, with a blend in the middle. That way you can mute the natural voice and only let the harmony voice sing. Useful for Octave +. You can't do that with this pedal. It is true the harmony voice gets a lot quieter when you back off the mic. I'm looking for a more dominating harmony voice, and one that can be isolated, so I returned this back to Amazon.

FLAMMA Harmony - It's a MIXER, perfect for busking with any amp! This can mix vocal and guitar signal to one output, eliminating the need for two channel busking amps! In the back, a very tiny knob near the power input controls mic volume, and has a great range, be careful! I have two other vocal harmony pedals that "read" the guitar's two or more notes to add harmonies. This FLAMNA Harmony "Select Key" cannot handle complex non-standard scale chord progressions, but those songs are rare. Selecting the key LIBERATES the guitar!! (if you like to embellish while singing). One BUG (a badly considered "feature?") - on power up, the guitar line adds full reverb, so you must hold the switch down to go into "secret" function (LED goes Blue) and dial it out and afterwards, REMEMBER TO TURN THE KNOB TO SELECT LEVEL OF HARMONY VOICES! (Same for selecting reverb level on mic line with long press on LED) Great pedal, an essential for buskers just for the mixer capability alone! Read the manual! Buy it! Buy a spare to lend to beginning songwriters!

The pedal gave my vocals more headroom while I was recording. The reverb had a good natural sound and had the sort of pushback you want when you belt out those bigger notes. The harmonizer was pretty decent when used in small amounts, but it could become absurd pretty fast. It gave me a pro studio feeling and sound which anybody could appreciate. It is certainly better than just a raw vocal track with fx added in post. It blended well with guitar and piano tracks and gave this aging voice a stronger, rounder quality when paired with a good condenser mic. You shouldn't expect a $1500 rack sound but overall, imho, it was well worth the money.

The looper it’s really easy to use and it’s great at storing tracks with plenty of space for a whole set list recorded on it, but this pedal it’s not just a looper it’s also a vocal processor and in that regard fails miserably as the reverb and compresor have a minimal effect on vocals almost imperceptible as my band mates asked to run the microphone directly to the mixer because they heard no significant improvement on vocals, flamma needs to make this vocal line of pedals with a little more power and quality in the vocal processing or maybe Amazon send me an improperly refurbished unit sold as new as it has happen this month twice in less than 2 weeks and then the seller makes it very complicated to get a fast refund

It is not a bad little Harmony pedal and it works nicely to send your guitar and vocal across one XLR… The only thing I can say negatively about it is that there is reverb… Really thick reverb on the mic and the line channel that cannot be disabled or adjusted in any way. Odd choice.
