Relief of pain good
Pain relief good just a bit long on my thumb so it slips down & I have to keep adjusting it, but overall a good buy

Decent quality, but inaccurate sizing guidance
It's a good quality product, well made and offers good support, but the sizing lets it down hence 3 stars overall. However, the sizing guide is not accurate - I measured my thumb at 7cm, well within the claimed 9cm max size, but it is uncomfortably tight so just bear this in mind when ordering! I can make it work by wearing it slightly differently, but a shame that this level of inaccuracy exists.

Perfect!
Incredible value! Such a well made product that provided exactly the support that I needed it to. The brace is designed to work for both left and right hands too so, should I encounter the same problem with my other hand, I'm well prepared. Excellent customer service as well; this company went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied, sending a friendly message and a helpful guide and discount codes for other products. I appreciate that tremendously!

Removable metal splint. Provides static or flexible support
Did the job just nicely. I strained my thumb after a move by lifting, gripping, carrying items between properties and it really felt like a ligament/tendon/muscle was on the verge of snapping. Very painful. But as soon as I used this support it instantly felt better. I like the fact that this support has a removable metal splint. I used it for about 5days with the splint in to prevent any movement of the thumb, and then the last 3days with the splint out to start partially moving it carefully. It fixed it right up. It keeps your thumb cosy as well and the heat also helps. Definitely needs washed after a week though!

Great relief fro arthritis.
I have deliberately waited until I have used these supports for a couple of weeks before reviewing.I suffer from triple arthritis, and the thumb bases in particular are very very painful and I am under observation and injections every 12-16weeks at the National Rheumatics Hospital.I have found the relief they give has been fantastic, and reduction in swelling was seen in a couple of days use. I am careful not to rely on them for more than 6 hours a day, but they help in keyboard use (I write articles and newsletters) and help in play that young grandchildren force you into. The delivery was excellent, though I have added some felt padding under the metal strip to prevent rubbing.

Excellent thumb support
I have damaged the ligaments in both of my thumbs and as a result have lost the grip in my thumbs. These supports are very well made and comfortable. The virtually immobilised my thumbs in a comfortable and neutral position. My thumbs are still not 100% but these supports have helped a lot and I will continue wearing them. Overall I would say they are a great product and I would recommend them to anyone who has thumb trouble and needs a comfortable support/splint. The customer service is brilliant too! These things are worth every penny and I’m glad I got them.

Does the job
Bought for husband who injured hand/thumb thanks to a boisterous grandson. Main support is great but the thumb section is small. Tried stretching it as suggested but still not enough so went to plan B, undid some of the stitching, tidied with needle and thread and use the Velcro strap to secure it. Husband's thumb was going numb before opening it a bit but it is fine now.
