Too long, didn’t do anything for me shape wise either! I would say definitely size down to get some effect.

This is a body suit but is absolutely not shapewear. Way too stretchy, zero compression, no lift as suggested by the advert. Would not buy again and wouldn't recommend.

Terrible quality nothing nice about it

I ordered a smaller size than what I am it does even smooth me in, just like wearing a top.
