I'm a pale skinned, freckled redhead. My skin do not tan at all- I go from pale to pink in under 10 minutes with SPF 100 on, applied on skin every 10-15 minutes. It's ridiculous! So, I was looking for something that would shield me (mainly my arms, chest and face) and this product does the job! It works in the rain as well. When I have it opened on a hot day (it was over 100+ a few weeks ago during a heat wave) and it keeps me cooled off! The size is perfect- it comes with its own bag- the weight is very light, the quality is amazing, and it's simple to close, using a little bit of force.

This is fantastic for days at amusement parks when you expect to be standing in the hot sun for an extended amount of time.

Has a nice sun blocking layer which is exactly what I needed. My only wish is that there was a smaller size. I'm an average sized girl who mostly takes walks on her own so there is no need personally for it to be this big. I'm keeping just incase I walk with someone else or for a beach day but I would definitely come back to buy if there were a smaller size. Still good quality and useful.

I really like this sunbrella. It's very sturdy, opens and closes easily. Haven't used it in the rain yet, but it keeps the sun off me.

I think I read reviews about this umbrella being hard to close now that I think of it. It definitely is. I've tried with the button and couldn't get it to retract. And it stinks. Mine is finally losing some of the bad odor. I mean...it's an umbrella. I'm not that picky. It's annoying that it won't easily close but not a dealbreaker.

I had it for a month and it broke I looks good first but just after a month doesn’t work anymore
