Battery life is amazing as long as you remember to shut it off. I use it everyday and never had any issues. It was a little hard to figure out how to connect it to my laptop but I figured it out by watching a video. Bluetooth connectivity is great and immediately when it’s turned on. The Fit was also perfect sized for my computer. The value for money was worth it!

If you want to save money, it will definitely do the job. I found that it works well, but sometimes the track pad gives me issues. If you can get a used OEM one, I'd recommend that instead, but if you are on a budget this works.

3 months update: awful product. Touchpad - 0/10 first time see soo awful touchpad, scroll wokrin in 2 times out of 10, precisison of pointing also very weak Keyboard - spacebar start to make whistle sound after 3 month and u even if u remap keys in local enironment - it will not work in RDP session well. So get ready to used that delete key - is insert key.. If u using touchpad often - strongly don't recommend. Scroll and precision awful and often it start to zoom instead of scroll. It's don't locking when u start typing (hello to accidentally cursor position reset). Fn lock is crazy combination with capslock... (read manual, twice) Del button in Fn lock mode is "Ins" button.. surprise surprise. Thanks to powertoys keyboard manager. Also it's look cheap with a backlight cause painting of buttons not so smooth. Comparison to original: Backlight better than original keyboard. Typing experience same or maybe even Rii is better than original (very silent, i using this in "raised" position). Weight - not big difference. Battery still ok after one week of work using (upd: 10 days and red indicator appeared). Stylus holding well (but not charging). Actually maybe if your skin more compatible with this touchpad u will be lucky, cause my another fingers work better

This has been my everyday for more than 2 years since my Surface Pro type cover stopped working and if you need a budget friendly option I would run to get this ASAP.

I bought this keyboard about 3 months ago and up until yesterday it was working perfectly. However I go to use it today after charging it and it won’t turn on. It’s like the battery won’t hold any charge because it flashes on for a second and then turns right back off. I thought it was my charger but I left it plugged up to two different chargers and it still won’t hold any battery. Really annoyed as I’m a broke college student and now I have to unexpectedly buy a new one.

I loved this one. The typing is better than the original surface keyboard. It’s very sturdy and great. Only thing I didn’t like is that it’s bluetooth so your bluetooth has to be on when you’re using it but that’s not a big deal. A great price and product.

I like most things about this keyboard, it does what is necessary, works well. I like the light up feature. I couldn't figure out how to change the colors until I looked it up (FN + up button). The touchpad scrolls very fast and a little jarring. Overall thought I like the material, the quality of the product, and will probably use it for years.

I use this keyboard with my living room PC and it's been great. The problem with these 'lapboards' (Logitech K400 style) is when you grab them off the couch, you often hit keys. This has a large palm rest area to grab on, and grippy rubber a 'handle' on top where the surface pro is supposed to attach. Low lag, better than average trackpad, solid keys, nice texture. All around great for my intended use.

La tastiera funziona perfettamente. Per far corrispondere i caratteri va scaricato il layout Americano e configurato com'è predefinito.

Works great with colorful backlit. Abit thicker & wider than the original typecover. Magnet towards the screen bottom not as strong. But overall solid replacement.

I was initially skeptical about buying this Bluetooth keyboard, but after using it for three days, I'm convinced it's a great option for my Surface Pro 9. It was easy to set up. Initially it started disconnecting and having to reconnect often. Then I charged the key board using my mobile adopter for several hours as suggested in the manual. The connection drop went away on its own. The keyboard itself is comfortable to type on. Some reviewers mentioned that the double-tap drag feature doesn't work properly, but I haven't experienced any problems with it. I think those reviewers might not have tried adjusting the settings in Windows 11. It's really easy to do – just go to Settings, then Touchpad, and you can enable or disable the feature with a single click. All other track pad features also can be adjusted according to preference without any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. If you're looking for a good Bluetooth keyboard for your Surface Pro, I highly recommend this one. It's also a great value for the price and cost only a fraction compared to the original keyboard.
