15,000 steps a day, give or take
Nice fitness tracker for the price.Pulse reading accurate if properly tight to wrist. Measured against my doctor's machine. Came out to +/- 5%.Steps average out to accurate. Sometimes it reads a bit too much other times not quite enough. But compared to my cell's gps it came out to less than a 3% variance. It doesn't always maintain a Bluetooth connection with the phone because it's not supposed to. Instead the phone pushes and pulls as needed. I get all my messages and alarms without issue. Is it as good as a fitbit? Nope, but it is only 1/6th of the price.I hit the gym twice a day and this little gem has really enhanced the experience.Fairly stylish and thin enough to not get snagged.Pulling off one of the wrist straps for charging is not the chore that some reviewers make it out to be.It charges is a couple hours at most and is good for a week after that.If you want a fitbit and can't spend the $$$ right now, this is a great substitute.

Such a great value for a great little watch!
Overall super happy with this!! I started a new job where I walk a lot and figured it would be fun to track my steps, but I didn't want to spend $150 on a fitbit, just in case I ended up not liking it, so this was a great option! It was a good price for an "introductory" fitness tracker so I wouldn't be devastated if it broke, if I put it through the washer, or if I just decided I didn't like it.But as it turns out this little thing is perfect. I use it every single day and one of the biggest things I didn't realize I would love so much is that it does connect really well to my phone. So when I'm at work, or if I leave my phone in another room at home, the watch will buzz when you get a phone call and tell you who's calling, and if you get a text it gives you about a 10-15 word preview along with who sent it. So wonderful! The steps might not be the most accurate, and I haven't really tried out the run/bike feature for tracking abilities, but seriously... for a waterproof watch that tells time, registers your steps, and sends you text previews and call notifications, this thing is *perfect* for the price.

Good tracker for the price. Like it!
I’ve never thought about using a fitness tracker before. Because Most of them are too expensive to me. But when I saw this great price tracker, I decided to try it. I’ve used it for about a month now, I wear it every time when I do exercises. It works quite well, and help me to keep a more proper way in exercise s. It’s easy to be charged and the battery can last quite long time, about three to five days. I can see the date and time on it. It shows the step count on the screen. The app functions well. But I found the screen is not sensitive enough when I touch it. I tried many times when I used it the first time, then I found the sensitive part of the screen.Overall, there’s no problem with my device for now. It’s really a good tracker for the price. Like it!

Could not be happier
I bought this for my husband as a daily pulse tracker. He is so in love with it! I read some questionable reviews before hand but for the price why not try it?Loves loves loves it. He’s constantly showing me his pulse and steps he’s walked every day. The battery seems to last for at least a week, and to charge the strap comes off on one side and it plugs into any standard USB port. It’s pretty small and doesn’t bother him at all even though he doesn’t wear a watch normally. If in doubt, just try it! It can’t hurt :)He also works a pretty tough labor kind of job, not once has it ever fallen off or been damaged. Considering how many wedding rings he’s broken while working, it’s says a lot that the watch has lasted this long.

Wildly inaccurate heart rate monitor
I was hoping that this fitness tracker would be reasonably accurate for heart rate. It is NOT. Mine was more than 40 bpm off! When I asked the manufacturer if there was anything I could to to get get some accuracy, they replied that "it is not a medical device to track heart rate" and said they would issue a refund. They didn't even suggest that being off 40 bpm was not normal, or that the item might be defective. Which suggests to me that such inaccuracy is not unusual for this device. I did not try the other functions, so I cannot attest to how they work. What's more, the manufacturer contacted me FOUR times, offering $25 in Amazon gifts card in exchange for removing this review.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this fitness tracker!
I am OBSESSED with this fitness tracker! I LOVE IT! I use it when I walk, during spin class, and to monitor my heart rate, and my sleeping patterns, etc. A full charge lasts 8 days. And charges within an hour or so.Overall very pleased. My only complaint is the heart monitor doesn't seem to be accurate 100% of the time. IG: I will be pedaling along at an intense rate and look down and it says my heart rate is 89, when I know full well it is in the 150 range. But I put my arm down, re-position it a little differently and it corrects itself. Not sure about the accuracy of the sleep monitoring....it tells you the # of hours of deep sleep and light sleep. Not sure how an inexpensive gadget like this is able to accurately assess this information. I am not a scientist, and I use this so I have a general purpose of my activity level on a daily basis. For this purpose, it serves me VERY well. Wish there was a battery warning on the actual face of the watch to let you know it's time to recharge the device. Still 5 stars. And still OBSESSED! LOVE IT!!!
