I bought this for my parents for Christmas. They love it! One of the best gifts I have ever bought and they use it religiously. When you first turn it on it has the typical first heat smell but after the first use it doesn’t come back. It fits 2 big towels and heats them up within 15 minutes. My parents like to turn it on before they get in the shower and by the time they are done the towel is nice and warm. Great product

This is my first towel warmer, and I have to say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It has a timer, it heats quickly, and has a safety shut off when nothing is in it. I will say it has a bit of an odor? Maybe it’s the material with the heat? I’ve had it for several weeks and it still has a bit of an unpleasant odor (which sticks with your towel). It’s super cute though. Highly recommend

Got this for my mom for mothers day, works great, warms things quickly, compact, just feel/looks cheap. If your looking for something more modern/classy I would go for something else. But if your looking for something cost efficient, this would work well!

Great towel warmer. Love that it heats quickly. When you lift the lid and remove your towel, the warmer turns off which is convenient. Humans love it and our dogs can bear baths a bit more since they know they’ll be kept warm☺️

Absolute luxury and game changer for anyone. The towel warmer heats to the right temperature, I love that it has multiple timer settings as well as shuts off when you take the towel out of the warmer. I do notice a slightly musty smell but I try to keep a fresh towel in the bathroom so it doesn’t get any moisture or dirty smells in the towel warmer. This is the best gift I’ve given people, it’s so unique and everyone loves it

I fell in love with this towel heater. It was a gift, and I tried it out to make sure it worked, and I ended up loving it so much I kept it. I had to get a 2nd one to replace the gift. However, I have only had this since January and it's already not working. Once I remove the towel it doesn't shut off anymore. The timer is still working but not the senor to that detects when the towel is removed. I had to update the person I gifted the 2nd heater to make sure they check that it shuts off when the towel is removed. I still love it especially on cold mornings, it's too bad it didn't last longer. It's way past the exchange timeframe, now I have to remember to turn it off manually or unplug it. Unplugging is a bit annoying because in the morning I have to remember to plug it in plus turn it on.

I can’t take a shower without it! Heats up fast and easy. Warm toasty towels coming out of the shower is the best feeling.
