I have an office right at the front of the house so as soon as you walk in, you see the office and the mess of papers. There's no door on the office and I needed something to hide the mess of papers as guests enter. Since it's a curved doorway, it would cost a fortune to install a custom door. I was going to do the beaded curtains but the color I wanted was out of stock, which is probably a good thing. I have a "beachy cottage" theme and the beads would've been too hippie chic. I started looking at the macrame style curtains. Most of them were beautifully ornate but were a little more bohemian than I wanted. This one was perfect. It has some detail, but is nice and simple like I wanted. The color works well with my theme.I have a 45" opening. I originally bought one panel but it was too thin and stretched out and didn't provide any coverage. I ended up buying another panel so I could scrunch it up a little bit and get just enough coverage. I didn't have the issue some other did of the panel lengths not matching up. I was prepared for that after reading the reviews though and would've just trimmed the ends to get them to match if that's what happened. Luckily, they were a match. When I don't have company, I just part these in the middle and leave them open. It's too hard to walk through otherwise. The ropes get caught on you, become staticky, then end up twisting together so you have to constantly keep separating them to get them to hang individually.I'm really happy with these. It was an affordable solution. Now when I have guests, I shut the curtains to hide my mess and my guests are greeted with a fun vibe right as they enter. Ahhhh :)

Was shopping for a beaded curtain not made of plastic and not finding anything under $200 to fit my narrow door. This came up as a suggestion and I love macrame so I figured, why not? It's perfect! My only issue is with the number of loops at the top to secure it. You only need 4-5 at most to attach it very securely at the top of the door frame. On my door frame I hammered in a few wire nails to attach some of the loops to, and not wanting to put a million nails up there, I just added as many loops as I could to each nail. The extra loops just kind of hang out up top. Nobody will notice but me though.My door frame width is 30.5" (inside opening) for reference. Now that I'm looking at the photo I'm realizing the curtain is a bit narrow for that, so there is a gap on both sides. Again, not super noticable.

This is so cute, we used it for the bathroom entry in our bedroom to create more of a little privacy doorway, and it was exactly what we were looking for! I liked that it is very long and we were able to trim it down to make it the appropriate length for our doorway which was a nice feature. I love the tied design as well compared to other options we had to choose from, this one felt more simplistic and classy. We are very happy overall and would definitely recommend this especially if you are going for boho vibes!

This really is well made and very pretty. The dimensions are exactly right for a narrow doorway. My home office is in a nook beneath the stairs. Normally I only work from home two I days a week but, now that the quarantine has me working from home full time, I needed something to cover up my messy desk and mentally remove me from work.Initially the curtain seemed very stringy (kids said it looked like spaghetti) and it didn’t start off at the advertised width. I wanted to return it immediately after hanging it. However, after stretching it out some and combing the curtain through with my fingers, it settled and now hangs perfectly.

These macrame curtains have great quality, they are heavy and very well made. they look good as curtains or wall hangings -I have used them as curtains in my tv room. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased this macrame to replace a full door curtain and I'm in love! It let's in the perfect amount of light while providing privacy and adds so much character. I found some crystal macrame beads that I'll be using to add a bit of spice 😍 I may also trim up the bottoms a bit, but the edging is perfect and I've not wanted to tarnish the high quality.

I ordered the macrame curtain so that I can add ombre dye to it. The default measurements perfectly fits my door as the measurements are specified. The seller also called personally to double the address for seamless and quick delivery.
