Good Power
Seems like a nice drill motor the chuck has come loose but still works quite well I just made a bigger effort making sure it is tight. The chuck is the only thing wrong with it it is pretty poor , comes loose constantly

Solid buy!
Bought this Metabo (company used to be Hitachi) hoping it would be as solid as the Hitachi impact I’ve had for close to two decades. Well, it is!! And to top that off, the batteries from the 20 year old Hitachi fit the new Metabo driver. That’s a sign of good engineering with timeless design features. This is a great driver and you won’t go wrong getting one . One year later: I have worked this tool for a year now and this screw gun is still as strong as the day I bought it. I worked the death out of it this summer resurfacing our entire deck and it kept on coming! The chuck works great, holds bits tightly, the two speeds are convenient and easy to switch and the light is pointed to cover the work spot. The tool is lightweight and well balanced and the battery’s life is impressive. Great tool! Far better than any Dewalt.

good drill
The only thing I don't like about it is that it's loud. Much louder than my Makita and Milwaukee drills. Other than that, I love it. Much better value for the money and this drill is far more compact than my other 18v drills. That's ultimately why I bought it. The drill works best when paired with a 5AH battery.

rugged and reliable; a bit hard to control driving screws
A good tool, though I prefer my older Metabo drill with a bit less power. The reason for this is it is hard to control sometimes on low speed/high torque when driving screws. At this writing (and price) it is worth buying just for the batteries, though. All of my Metabo power tools are rugged and reliable, though I also have Ryobi and those batteries seem to hold a charge better.

Great drill
High quality tool. Great torque and speed. Love the metal chuck and torque adjustment. Great price as it comes with two long lasting batteries.

Very comfortable small drill.
Personally like this model drill after using Makita's for last 20 years. The weight, balance and power are good for a small drill. A newer larger model had a problem with the chuck allowing bits to come loose. Returned it and bought a another of this older model as a second drill. No issues with its chuck.

beast of a drill
for a compact drill, or any drill really, this thing has some power. i ordered bc i was having issues with a project, the wood was too hard to use nails, they would bend no matter what. nailgun wouldnt even penetrate enough. finished it in about 10 minutes with the drill n some screws. needed a drill anyways and green is my fav color lol. 2 batteries and a bag also. not to mention light for night projects, and i love how the batteries easily tell how much juice is left.
