I'm absolutely satisfied and my life has changed. The support for my lower 3 fractured (splintered) fibula bones couldn't find comfort or stability. I bought more ankle braces & compression socks than I care to admit. It's basically healed now, but my work rushed me back to work earlier. While my big break was still 2-3cm apart. Causing permanent damage to my fibula. Finding this quality, a strong, effective brace that is well worth the money. The middle size I accidentally purchased fits great around my ankle brace, but without the ankle brace the middle is to big. I'd like the small so I can wear it without a chunky metal-filled ankle brace. Love it those one & only fibula, tibia

Purchased for my brother, who fractured his left fibula. The walking boot the doctor gave him was terribly heavy, caused the ankle to rotate - which irritated the fracture. Walking boot also rubbed against the skin wounds on the outside of his left ankle. Yet the fibula needed to be immobilized, and supported. Brother is 5'8 inches tall, and the medium fit very well. The brace is not too heavy, follows the shape of the lower leg, and keeps that area stabilized. The brace has to be lined up correctly on the lower leg; simply rotate it until the steel aligns with the shape of the lower leg. I think this item is a very good price, arrived in just a few days, and is performing exactly as needed. Would buy again, absolutely.

The first one I got was shipped from China to me and it was the right size large. It took over two weeks to get. However after wearing it for awhile one of the the steel rods came through the fabric. I have a fractured fibula and the boot was too heavy for my knee replacement. Not healed yet so I ordered another one. This one came in three days and is not the same. It is too small. I tried it, but it doesn't work. So, now I have ordered another one and am hoping and praying that it is like the original one. I loved the first one, but am unhappy right now. We will see.

Bought to wear after transitioning out of boot. Still partially broken and feel like this offers good protection and awareness for others.

Says for m n and women so I ordered a medium. It does not even come close to closing leaving rough straps rubbing on leg.
