Great seller
Ok at best. Its flimsy. Feels like i got it from a dollar store. Drawers do not have stoppers. So if you pull them out too far, which is very easy to do, it falls out and you have to reinsert. This is super annoying because you have to pull the drawer out pretty far to be able to put any clothes in it. Velcro comes undone a lot. I regret buying this. At its price point, I do not recommend. Way overpriced for what you get.Updated:Changed to 5 star after seller resolved issue. Will do business again.

LUV IT!!!
I absolutely LUV this laundry sorter!!! The assembly directions were on point. My 14-yr old grandson assembled it with no issues.

Good quality
This unit is very esthetically pleasing in our bathroom. Each kid has their own hamper, organizing laundry loads 10 times easier. It fits perfectly in our room. It wasn't too expensive and fit our budget nicely. It was extremely easy to assemble as it only took me maybe less then 10 minutes to do so. This piece of furniture is so sturdy, I'm fairly certain I could do an Irish jig on it. I have teenagers and it definetly hides their smells in their own particular cubbies. 10/10 recommend!

Easy to set up but basic drawer system and Velcro are the biggest pain points
I utilize this as regular clothing storage (I hate folding clothes) and have found it fairly effective but have two complaints. The first and biggest is that the bags use Velcro to wrap around and adhere to the metal frame that rests in the frame. I think it would've been more effective to have the frame come in screwable pieces so sewn fabric loops could securely keep the bag affixed to the frame. This is an issue for me as if I'm trying to compress down the clothes in a hamper too hard, the Velcro will separate and the bag will come off the frame. The next issue is that the hampers slide in and out of the shelf without any friction or wheel implementation so it's just rough metal on rough metal which means high friction. I've tried using WD-40 to lubricate it but this makes top of the hamper greasy when you need to remove it from the shelving.

Great function, look, & durability!
Really love the function and look of this piece. I’m using the baskets for CLEAN laundry and the top shelves for kid storage in our large loft space right outside our laundry room. It feels like the perfect solution for this space use wise and it’s pretty and clean looking. I love not seeing piles of CLEAN laundry (that I’ll eventually fold and put into drawer just not right now). It was easy to put together and my biggest thing is that the drawers are sturdy!! And each basket holds a standard size pile of laundry. Win win win in my book!I tried to submit a video of the drawers and basket but couldn’t.
