Winco 13" Aluminum Pizza Screen

Love this pizza pan. When you bake a frozen pizza the crust turns out very crispy. Yet it keeps your oven from getting messy.

I got a pizza screen because many of the youtube videos I watched on making pizza a home recommended using a pizza screen to get a crispy bottom to the pizza. I measured my oven and the best fit wouls be the 13 in screen. after seasoning the screen three times it got this golden color. I didn't spread out the pizza dough on the screen. I first spread it out on a regular pizza pan and then transferred it to th pizaa screen. I believe that some of the reviews that show the crust sticking to the screen is a result of spreading out the dough directly on the screen. so after spreading out the dought I then flipped it over onto the screen. and put the toppings on it. baked in oven for 13mins at 550 degrees. came out great. the crust was perfect. and I small spot where it stuck to the screen. I baked another pizza this time for only 10 mins. crust wasn't as crispy. and had some more sticking to screen. I think this was because I pushed on the dough into the screen when I flipped it over. I'm happy with the results I have so far. will continue to try different methods to see if impacts the pizza. Im going to buy another one. at the time of this review the screen was less the $4.00

This seems to work quite well… But the pans stays very tacky.

I bought this to go in my Breville convection toaster oven. Fits like a charm. it allows for better circulation of convection heat. It's sturdy and cleans up well. Bake-able fries and tater tots are crispy on both sides with no need to flip half way through.

I love this pizza screen! We recently purchased the beautiful Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven. It came with a solid pizza 13" pan and a two piece roasting/broiling pan. I love making homemade pizza and thought I'd try this over spending $30 on the Breville pizza crisper. This screen is excellent quality; I don't know why some folks are complaining. There are no issues with jagged edges, bumps, etc. I did follow the recommendation from one reviewer to coat with oil and season the screen. I used it last night to reheat some Chick-fil-a fries and they were crisp and awesome! I purchased a pizza stone for the oven and can't wait to roll out some really thin pies for our enjoyment.

Winware 13-Inch Seamless Aluminum Pizza Screen: Almost did not buy because of customer photo showing metal slivers sticking to pan, but mine did not have that issue. The pan is not completely round - but oval - the longer section is slightly larger than 13 inches, but it does fit in the Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven when turned short side front to back.I have used larger screens for 10 years for frozen fries, pizza (love Trader Joes fresh, live yeast dough) and other items that benefit from hot air circulation. I don't wash the screens and let oils build up and help "season" the screen.

really essential for homemade pizza --- use this w/a pizza stone & you're in . this is a sturdy screen & works !
