So I’ve been drinking blue feel frees daily for a couple years now and have loved them. I have adhd and these are way better for you than medications. The only thing about these little bottles isn’t they don’t have the best taste. They taste like a bad alcoholic drink but you kinda get use to them. They can dehydrate you some so make sure to drink tons of water. I wouldn’t recommend these for beginners to Kratom unless you only drink sips at a time so you can get use to it. Some people it makes them relaxed and some people it makes wanna clean. I’m a mix of both, because I usually drink them when I’m watching a movie or even right before work. So yes they are definitely worth trying but just take them slow!
