Excellent...
I am an electrician and I have to say that these lights are spectacular. My clients could not be more satisfied and happy with these lights. They look spectacular. They are not outrageously bright and are wonderful lights at night. Plus, they are practically invisible when they are off.

I installed them in a soffit above my customers kitchen cabinets. She loves them. Their small size does not detract from the beauty of the cabinetry, as typical can lights do. and they put out a surprising amount of light.

15mm hole?
I purchased this to put into a shelving unit which has 3 boxes and will get 2 lights per box. I got the 3000K color. The little clips that snap onto the light make it so it won't fit into a 15mm hole. I was using a aluminum tube with and OD of 20mm and and ID of 15mm and no matter what it won't go into the hole all the way. I measured the opening with calipers and it was 15mm. I'm sure this would go into a 15mm hole in drywall, but not something totally rigid like aluminum.In order to get around this I purchased some #41 O Rings and that solved the issue. It made the light fit snugly into the tubing and I think they will be stable.I like the fact that these lights generate almost no heat. I was a bit worried that it might transmit enough heat through the aluminum it might affect the glue. I have no worries about that now.The lights aren't really bright, which for me is good. A nice warm glow to light up the box.The power pak is small enough you can put it anywhere. The look of the light is pleasing and with the 20mm tube it looks like they were designed for each other. I still need to "brush" the tubing to make it look more pleasing. As long as they last I'll be pretty happy.

LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING
Bought these to add in the ceiling of our wet bar. They added that simple polish we needed. Please follow the instructions carefully so you don’t blow the voltage. We had very little room to work with so I added 2 pieces of basic wire for each connection to daisy chain them (did not have access to above). These lights are bright!!

Transformer was D.O.A.
The first set I installed went perfectly well. Simple installation and wiring. They look good and work good. I liked them enough to get another set for another project. Unfortunately, this time the transformer was junk in spite of its QC Passed stamp. 30 day returns only work if in new condition and of course I had confidently cut and soldered everything to fit since the first set worked so well. Looks like a suitable replacement transformer will be $13.00. Certainly not the end of the world but rather disappointing. Test before installing.
