This product is so nice, the heat on it while using feels so relaxing, different color to target different things is convenient.Pocket size great for travel, rechargeable what more can you ask for. Makes a great gift

First, I want to mention that the description is correct, and it does not vibrate, even though, for some reason the manual says it does. I ordered this with the expectation that it didn't vibrate. Some of the reviewers mentioned that the rose Quartz or jade was plastic, but mine isn't plastic. It's definitely real. There is a piece right at the base of the sphere that is plastic, and if you don't really investigate it looks like it's part of the sphere, so it looks like it's from a mold. I pressed my nail against it and discovered that it was not connected, and is actually part of how the jade is attached.The light up side is quick to heat up, and reaches a nice temperature, which adjusts depending on the light colour setting. It's easy to adjust the light setting. The side is stainless steel, but doesn't heat up to burning. Other than the jade rollers and the stainless steel edging, the housing is plastic. The plastic is what makes it lightweight. It's also ergonomic and comfortable to use in the palm of my hand. I think the design reminds me of a manta ray.Excellent customer service. 👌 I messaged the company when I found that the first one I recieved was faulty outbof the box (the red light was dim compared to the green, and there was no blue light at all when the setting was on blue). Customer service sent me a new one immediately, and arrived in about a week. I even found that the jade rollers rotated more smoothly on the new one, than on the faulty one.I really like how this tool combines 3 of the tools I use twice daily, so that I don't have as many crowding my counter. If it DID vibrate, then it would eliminate a 4th device from my bathroom counter. I feel like the quality and features a good for the price.

The Vraiko Gem Glow Jade Roller&Gua Sha Device has exceeded my expectations! This skincare gem is incredibly easy to use and its delight design adds a touch of cuteness to the skincare routine. With three temperature modes, it caters to my specific needs. The compact size and lovely pink pocket make it perfect for on-the-go pampering. I gifted it to my mom and she loves it too! Everything works but the red light, isn't half on.

Like all of the Vraiko beauty products I’ve tried so far, the GemGlow doesn’t disappoint in terms of style, elegance, presentation and gift-ability. As I’ve come to expect with this brand, the packaging is elegantly put together and thoughtful. The box is very gift-able and I like that it comes with a satiny carrying pouch and also includes a soft cloth to wipe the device after each use.That said, as far as light therapy/gua sha devices go, while this product does a decent job at doing what it says it will do (except for vibrating* - see note below), I’m not wow-ed by it. I think there are other comparable tools and devices out there that are simply better. I will explain a bit more in my Pros & Cons below…* Note: The instruction manual suggests that this device vibrates. It does not.PROS:———. Nice-looking device - It reminds me of a stingray. It fits nicely in my hand and feels good to hold (it’s easy to maneuver and flip when you want to switch sides), and is small enough to drop into your purse and take with you on the go.. The device is simple and easy-to-use. One button does it all.. Provides LED light therapy in 3 colour modes: blue, green, red. Each mode is suited to varying beauty needs. (For me, red light therapy is what I like to use the most.). Can be used to perform gua sha techniques on your face and neck (i.e., for lymphatic drainage) using both the flat edge & light therapy, as well as the pink jade rollers.. Accessories (e.g., carrying pouch and soft cloth) are thoughtful and appreciated.CONS:———. While okay, I wish the roller balls were slightly wider apart than they are to properly cup certain areas of my face, chin, cheekbones, etc. in between them a bit more effectively.. While nice, the warm setting doesn’t get warm enough to my liking.. While I like that this device has a flat edge to scrape against my contours/perform gua sha techniques, I feel like it’s a bit too rounded and thick and not flat enough. The result is that there is a bit more surface area touching my face, so that it pulls at my skin a bit more if not moist enough.All-in-all, the Vraiko GemGlow is not a bad device. That’s why I say it would be a nice, affordable gift to give to someone who is a new to gua sha and LED light therapy. I think it’s elegant-looking enough that they would be pleased with the gift. However, for me, since I’ve now tried a few different devices that are used for similar purposes, I feel like there are better entry-level devices that I’ve tried, albeit at a slightly higher price point.
