I have tried many supposed ‘remedies’ to stop, (or at least, reduce), my snoring and night time breathing problems, over the years, with only partial benefits, at best. I have a nasal polyp, which restricts airflow, and have suffered YEARS of poor sleep, with blocked nose, snoring, dry mouth, and constantly waking through the night, to blow my nose, or have a drink of water. So, with this background of nighttime breathing problems, I purchased the snore stopper vents, with the expectation that they would be yet another waste of money, (or at best, be only partially effective). I am very happy to report that for me, they work - and very well, too. For the first time in YEARS, I have been able to get a good night’s sleep - and so has my long- suffering wife, too! I have found that the vents work best for me, if inserted far enough into the nostrils to ensure that the airways are held open at the bridge of the nose. The first time I used them, they felt strange, but I soon got used to them, and have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending them. I’m not saying they are a total cure, as my wife reports that I do occasionally make some soft snoring noises, but for me as the user, they have made an amazing difference to the quality of my sleep - (I actually get some, now!), and I am truly very very impressed with them. The box has 4 sizes, and I suggest you start with the smallest size, and work up. They do feel strange at first, and did cause some minor hilarity - but for me, they really do work! If you have problems with snoring, do give them a try - I think they are brilliant!!

Unbelievable product. I have tried everything on the market for my husband's snoring and nothing has helped- until this product. Absolutely amazing!!The product is comfortable for him and for the first time in years i am sleeping through the night and we are waking up together not in separate rooms.Would thoroughly recommend

You get a selection of sizes in this pack - try from the smallest to biggest to find the one that works best for you - eg my husband found that the biggest size fit most snug but it was the next size down that stopped the snoring! So well worth experimenting - with a forced open airway, we BOTH enjoy a better nights' sleep 😃😃😃

I have found these have really helped to reduce my snoring and has also helped to reduce incidences of sleep apnoea for me. I am sleeping so much better now, I feel better and more refreshed when I wake up too. The only problem is they do sometimes fall out and I have to look for them in the bed. Also, they took a little bit of getting used to at first. I would certainly recommend giving these a try to anyone looking for a solution to their night snoring/breathing problems.

Absolutely brilliant, works for me. I have an app on my phone called SNORELAB which registers the frequency & loudness of your snores. Since buying the SleepEase Snore Stoppers & using them my snores have been reduced dramatically & my partner doesn't kick me out of bed anymore!

Tickles the nasal passage and I’m concerned that it encourages hayfaver as it creates a bypass of your nose hairs and pollen can travel straight up to your nose. The few times I used them I woke up with itchy eyes and a bunged up nose. It doesn’t even work to stop snoring, well it does but replaces the sound of snoring with an irritating breathing down a funnel sound.

I snore partner snores the kids snore what can i say im deperate its become a race to get to sleep and if your the last awake you cant sleep because of the noise i read the reviews all good you get several different sizes aswell and are made of silicone so very comfortable im gonna definately tonight as the sooner the better cause in regards to snoring the best defence is a good offence. will update my findings but im sure at least two of us are gonna have a sound sleep.

These are ideal and do the job well. There is no irritation to the skin like some products. Have purchased spares for the holiday bag!
