Great quality, tricky to install
This is a high quality faucet set. The Pex fittings are easy to set up. The way you have to adjust a mounting plate on each faucet and use the long screws to secure it are awkward and easy to mess up. The end result is very good, though.

Difficult to install; Delta 800 customer service line impossible to deal with (60 min hold times)
Instructions are in micro fine print and 3 languages per page. Not even clear what hole sizes are needed. Tried to call Customer Service and got put on hold twice for over 60 min each time with no clear answer.

Beautiful, classy faucet.
This is a very beautiful faucet. I had a plumber install it but I don’t think it was too hard. I didn’t need the shower attachment because of the way my shower is configured but I just gave that to Habitat for Humanity. It performs nicely.

Do not buy
Do not buy, many weeks to deliver and the parts where not working the way it should.... the plumber had a hard time.... off course I paid the price ....

I'm not a professional plumber, but Delta has made it really easy for me.
The rough-in valves are great. Installing and connecting the pex fittings was a snap. Delta makes some of the easiest installing rough-in valves in every product that I've purchased. Amazing product. I am 27 and have never done any type of plumbing in my life. With a little bit of research online regarding the general installation of rough in's, I was able to install this on my roman tub that had two broken faucet handles (very old that I could not find replacements for.)

Easy to install.
Great rough in kit. Easy to install with decent instructions. Can get difficult to bend the pex as the spacing of handles and faucet is close. If u can sweat copper save money n buy non pex kit and sweat urself; all the supplier did was pre-sweat male pex connectors.

TERRIBLE Product !!!! Extremely Disappointed
Had to purchase in 2 buying cycles because ad did not advise that it was in 2 separate boxes . Finally got all the parts after over a month , modified tub and now the finish SPOUT does not FIT the rough in !!!! Roughin does not fit in the spout assembly. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM !!!!! Terrible quality control !!! Also very poor construction !!! One star is the lowest that I could put on it. Checked parts with a digital scale parts do not fit, pull up for the hand shower has only 3- 6/32 threads and will be broken after only a few pulls. The rod does not reach the pull mechanism any way. My score is 5 Terribles !!! This is one of the worst engineered products that I have ever purchased!
