EDECOA 3500W Power Inverter Pure Sine Wave DC 12V to 110V AC with LCD Display and Remote

Not convinced at all after spend all the money for this. I have make this run some appliances after some seconds it will start beeping

After less than 4 months of use the inverter burned up. The company has refused over 5 weeks of constant attempts to correspond - ignoring my many emails, messages through Amazon, and directly over their website. COMPLETE REFUSAL to return contact. This means only one thing. They refuse to stand behind their products. It worked perfectly for almost 13 weeks, but only with LED lights. Once the customer (I am a professional contractor that installs solar/battery/inverter systems) tried to use it to power a small diaphragm air compressor to blow up a float, the inverter started to emit a smell of burning electronics.They turned the system off and called me immediately. When I got there I went completely through the system to make sure everything was still hooked up properly and then switched the inverter back on and it immediately smoked and started burning inside the chassis. I then shut it down and removed the inverter, installing another brand of similar size and power rating in its place for my customer. That one has worked flawlessly since.This company on the other hand refuses to contact us back. My suggestion is to stay completely away from this product. If it does go down - you will NEVER receive any service from these people. STAY AWAY~!!!NOTICE STILL~!!! EDECOA STILL REFUSES TO RESPOND~!!!!!Even on the reviews and comments, still this company refuses to respond to all of the single star complaints. Yes, this may be a decent inverter for some people. But if you get a bad one - this company will NEVER EVER respond to repeated attempts to contact for service. I have tried over their website, but all you can do is "purchase" so those that are still buying this unit or any other product EDECOA sells, you will never get service or responses from them of something ever goes bad.I will keep trying and see if anyone ever gets back to me. So far, multiple attempts for over 6 weeks - NOTHING.... EVER. Not a single peep~! This is the poorest business experience possible. As long as you have the number of batteries for the amount of power you demand and you can keep them charged after drawing them down no lower than the recommended 50%, this inverter is by far the most powerful and produces grid grade electricity. The investment is money well spent for the quality inverter you are investing in. Pure sine power meets all of my delicate equipment needs.I can’t find anything bad to say about this item and I would be a strong critic if it didn’t impress me but I’m very impressed with this purchase. I am so glad my friend referred me to the Edecoa name. They make many inverters and I can’t speak for them but I did my homework on what I needed and I needed up to 3500 RMS Pure Sine Watts and needed an inverter that could deliver without having the overheating issues, voltage spike issues, and could honestly deliver the power it advertises without cutting off all the time because most product manufacturers over rate they’re products.The remote is an excellent edition to an already superb product.5 Stars Plus Rating From a person who’s owned at least 7 inverters in his life. This Model I’m Sure Will Last Me To My Final Years.One comment I must add and, that is, don’t get this great inverter only to go cheap on the wiring. If you don’t provide a very nice sized gage wire to wire your battery bank then you won’t get the amperage this beast demands. I use a gage twice the size recommended and used Ohms law, “watts divided volts”, to come up with the proper ANL amp Fuse.

Bought this product as part of a solar set up on my rv. Worked well during my trial runs for about a month. However as soon as we started our off grid trip from Alaska to the East Coast the unit failed. I opened it up to check all internal fuses. All fuses were intact. Proceeded to apply a multi-meter to the individual circuit boards and was unable to find the issue. One day it worked fine the next it would not work. Had the product mounted in a custom climate controlled enclosure with its own shock mounts and thermostatic switches to add additional cooling should the enclosure temperature rise above 75 deg. Enclosure never exceed 78 deg. Bottom line treated this product incredibly softly and ran it at maybe 65 % capacity and it failed with in 3 months of purchase and less then 15 day of actual use. For credibility of this review I am a 12 year seasoned helicopter mechanic operating in Alaska, North Carolina, and Afghanistan.

So far so good. I've thrown a few heavy loads, and surge loads at it with no problems. Seems to stay pretty cool, ran with around 900 watt load for around 15 minutes and fans never came on and case was still cold to the touch. Will update if anythimg changes.

Great inverter with even better price point. But there is a mistake in the user manual they have parallel and series formula reversed ,parallel batteries connected stay constant and series connected you add battery’s for a total (page 15)

Received this unit today, wired up the 12VDC inputs. Turned the front panel switch to the "On" position and the unit fried itself. Put on one heck of a light show until my battery fuses blew. Smoke filled the RV bin and I am really glad that I did not have the 120VAC outputs wired up. So 2 fuses and 1 fire extinguisher later and this pile of junk is going back to Amazon. And yes, the 12VDC was wired correctly.....

Great inverter, remains cool up to 1500 watts output then it will get a little warm, stable output, hardwire option is very nice, fans are somewhat noisy but are huge for the size of the inverter... Will buy again....
