I make a lot of fresh cinnamon rolls, and I use a lot of cinnamon. This McCormick culinary cinnamon tastes wonderful, has a smooth texture, high quality, bakes up well in my yummy rolls, and is a great value for price per ounce. It is fresh and the safety seal was tight on the lid. I appreciate that. I added a picture of my homemade cinnamon roll filling today. One cup brown sugar and three tablespoons of this awesome cinnamon. Smells great and tastes delicious!!!! Very pleased and highly recommend.

I absolutely love cinnamon. I eat cinnamon candy, I have cinnamon air freshener, cinnamon toothpaste, cinnamon breath freshener, I could go on and on. I was out of my regular brand of cinnamon so I thought I would give this culinary cinnamon a try. The smell of it is amazing. It’s fairly strong. It mixes well with sugar. Although it isn’t as strong as I would like it is delicious. I’d definitely buy it again. Yummy!
