Use this company if you need an irregular sized upvc panel
Good product , used it to replace an original panel that had a cat flap in it . Easy to cut and install with the correct tools . Tried all the double glazing companies near me to find one but they never either had ran out of stock or it was an item they never stocked due to the products thickness. Found it on amazon straight away arrived on time , life saver !

Slightly poor colour
Fairly robust and we'll packaged, was a bit disappointed by the colour. It's definitely a shade yellower than all the other uPVC doors and windows in my house (which are not all the same brand).

Purchased for my son to replace a glass door so that he could fit a cat flap, apart from being slightly slimmer he managed to fit it very easily and overcome the slight gap with wedges in the corners and edges to hold the panel tight into the space, works a treat and so much cheaper than getting a window company to fit a cat flap (they wanted around £300 to do the same thing)

Fine needed cutting to size
Fine needed cutting to size. Not sure what difference the MDF board would make to security. one good kick and the panel would break out of door.

Just the job
Good value, bought to replace panel with dilapidated cat flap in daughters house. I can't believe some people buy panels without checking the thickness needed first! Easy to cut to width with a fine toothed saw and masking tape. Wedges used to raise bottom edge to keep dry from water ingress that goes through concealed drainage holes in frame.

Poor quality. Cheap materials not matching panels I’ve bought around the same price.
Firstly, I haven’t given this company opportunity to resolve any dissatisfaction, because I was fitting this in place of a lower glass panel in an aluminium frame door, late Saturday. This means the frame is apart and you don’t really want to reassemble the door twice, so I ‘made do’. (This is NOT a case of popping the bead frame like on UPVC doors, you take the frame of the door apart, which is not for the average DIY person)Cutting the panel to size with a fine tooth Bahco hand saw is easy enough, but the slightest pressure pushes the bottom UPVC panel off the bonding of the cheap polystyrene. The polystyrene isn’t very dense like panels I have had before. The UPVC outer panels are only about 1mm thick and very brittle. I used the same DeWalt jigsaw with fine blade that I always use to cut holes for cat flaps and this time, the UPVC chipped off in trianglular chunks in two places.Fortunately, I was able to continue with the install as the chips weren’t structural, nor seen with the cat flap in place.I paid over £30 for this panel, deliberately selecting the more expensive option with MDF insert for the stronger panel option. This ISN’T worth the money, compared to panels I’ve had in the past.• UPVC outer panels are about 1mm thin, brittle and barely bonded to the polystyrene.• the polystyrene isn’t as dense as some and looks like the stuff they pack cheap Christmas decorations in.• when pealing off the protective film, be careful not to lift the UPVC off the polystyrene!Positives.....Panel was well packed, damage free.MDF strengthening panel was present as expected.Comes with protective film on UPVC.Delivery was ahead of schedule. This may be a good company, stitched up by their supplier, but I won’t be chancing another purchase.
