Yofuly CNC Brushless Spindle Motor Kit, 500W High Speed Air Cooled Brushless Spindle Motor, ER16 Collet Set, DC Brushless Motor Controller, DC 48V Power, 55mm Clamp

I chose this spindle for its power rating, and partly because it's one of the few with an ER16 collet chuck because I already have a comprehensive set of ER16 collets. It was easy to set up, and provides good torque even at reasonably low RPM. It was well balanced, has very low runout, and is surprisingly quiet, much more so than the smaller spindle it replaced. Altogether I'm very pleased with it. My only slight criticism is the mounting; it's very rigid but the fixing bolts go through both front and rear sections and screw into the carriage. I sometimes substitute my spindle for a laser head and prefer to have the rear section permanently mounted to the Z axis to maintain alignment. I've modified it to do so, which saves having to re-align it when I swap back to the spindle.

Great motor for my Chinese 3040 just had to feed wires through the CNC so its easy to move the hole bed and make a bracket to mount the on/off switch and potentiometer and control units, also had to slot the mounting bracket holes slightly, works spot on cuts are cleaner and smooth with the extra speed.

Bulky set up but once it’s going it’s great. The collet size makes it good for different size cutting bits. Had mine since January 2021 but sadly it just cut out mid cut today and no power from it at all. Waiting to hear back from the seller.

The media could not be loaded.  after ordering yesterday evening and recieving it by mid day today i was already impressed. After taking it out and wiring it up i put it straight to work. it is much quiter than the AMB, and more convenient (a little less powerful though but not an issue here). being one of very few that are supplied with the ER16 collet it was a must have as i had a good set ready to use but no spindle to use them with. It is a very awesome little motor and mills runs through aluminium at decent speeds and very precicely.All in all great buy and i am very pleased.

I used this to replace the burned out motor in my Proxxon MF70 mini mill. It's a lot larger so had to remove the top and build a custom mounting plate and sit the motor on some PC motherboard standoffs (three stacked on each other). Then I replaced the existing spindle in the mill with an ER11 100mm 10mm diameter extension rod. Must be the C10 version.https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08GM7LVBCThat quite neatly fits into the ER16 chuck on this.I then put a 10mm thrust washer at the base as a regular washer created too much friction.The motor does heat up with continual use but is overall much quieter than the original Proxxon one and powerful enough for the small Proxxon making 1mm cuts in aluminium.

Works like a charm, I have 3d printed a new z axsis and fitted longer linier berrings plus upgraded the steppers on my 3018 cnc, it cuts aluminium well at low feeds and feeds and other materials faster deeper and cleaner than the old spindle.I had to upgrade the steppers as its alot of weight to lift for a smaller stepper motor.Worth every penny for my usage.

Nice and concentric, good enough power for a mini mill. The fan is as always a throw away item, had to 3d print a replacement almost immediately which wasn't completely unbalanced.

Die Frässpindel kam gut verpackt in einem Neutralen Karton bei mir an. Der Versand war entgegen der Angabe im Angebot doch recht lang. Zustellung sollte am nächsten Tag erfolgen, hat dann aber doch 6 Tage gedauert. War aber anscheinend ein Hermes Problem.Die Spindel tut was sie soll, dreht recht leise, lässt sich gut in der Drehzahl (12000 1/min) regeln.Die Spindel hat eine Rundlauf Genauigkeit von 0,02mm.Leider war keinerlei Beschreibung oder Montageanleitung dabei. Wenn man sich an den Bildern in der Artikelbeschreibung orientiert klappt der Anschluss aber recht gut. Ich musste für die richtige Drehrichtung U und W tauschen.

Habe diese Spindel für meine MPCNC gekauft.Es ist alles dabei um diese in Betrieb zu nehmen zudem ein kompletter Spannzangensatz von 1-10mm und 1/8 zoll.

Habe Die Spindel jetzt ein parr monate getestet zum anfang war alles gut nur leider geht es jetzt los das Die Spindel extrem Laut geworden ist.Als überbrückung kann man sich sehr gut nutzen aber auf langer sicht gesehen tut sich es nicht.
