So Simple and yet So Effective
Item arrived on time as expected. Color is fantastic. I'm a fan of the Moleskine for its functionality and form. Looks great and works so well for my Bullet Journal-ing. It's large enough to accommodate all I need and small enough to be carried anywhere along with laptop, water bottle, wireless mouse and pens. The most important tool in my office tool box. So the Moleskine Cahier Journal (Set of 3), Large, Squared, Pebble Grey, Soft Cover (5 x 8.25) was the obvious choice for me. After having searched for the right size in the soft back with the grid page in brick and mortar stores I found a great deal on this three pack. I was thrilled that it was in a color other than black. The item arrived on time and as described. Opening the pack I was able to get my Bullet Journal set up just the way I liked it and it has been a tremendous tool in organizing my projects. I keep two journals, one for personal and one for professional. The separate but equal approach really works for me.The paper in the Moleskine is thick enough to hold the ink really well, but not so thick that the notebook feels bulky. I like the slim feel of this style because I can carry my laptop, mouse, Moleskin and water bottle to and from conference rooms for meetings. Once again amazon comes through with exactly what I need at the price that meets my budget and gets it to my house in less than three days.

Light, durable, and a joy to write in!
WEAR AND TEAR:I've used these almost daily for about half a year and they've proven to be much sturdier than they look! I've attached a picture of what mine looks like after 5-6 months of fairly rough use, having been tossed around in backpacks, purses, and luggage. The cover is a bit worn around the edges and there are some creases and scratches, but it doesn't look too shabby at all. I even spilled water on the cover (the same side that's shown in the picture) and it dried without any trace of damage; the cover is also thick enough that none of the water seeped through.PAPER:The paper is a creamy, smooth off-white typical of Moleskine with gray gridlines that are nice and thin so they don't compete with your writing (in attached picture: pen used is Uniball Signo Micro 207). I've tried writing with a few different gel pens to see if they bleed through to the other side:-Pilot G2 0.5mm: no bleedthrough-Pilot Precise V5: no bleedthrough-Pentel Energel 0.7mm: slight bleedthrough at the ends of letters where more pressure is applied-Uniball Signo Micro 207: no bleedthroughAll in all, highly recommend. I love using these for jotting down quick notes or making lists because they are light and small enough to bring with me anywhere without weighing down my bag. Surprisingly durable, too -- will definitely be purchasing more once I fill these up!

The perfect build and format for use literally every day.
I love these journals. The advantage of this format, is that in them one carries a good number of blank pages, and a reasonable backlog of one's notes. Even carrying two of these at one time is better than carrying one of the larger, casebound Moleskine notebooks. (I have those too, but leave them at home.) The other nice thing about the Cahiers, is that the paper is acid-free, so it will last, but they are extremely *approachable* for spurious writing because they just seem *built* to be scrawled in.Their last 16 leaves are perforated for easy removal. I never remove leaves, and have a hard time imagining the use-case for their removal. I would prefer that they were not perf'd -- hence four stars rather than five. But I will continue to buy and use these things.

Bullet Journal Bliss
These cahiers are great for bullet journalling and I like the neutral color. I use the Moleskine 2015-2016 Weekly Planner, Horizontal, 18M, Large, Scarlet Red, Hard Cover (5 x 8.25) as my actual planner and didn't want to carry around a squared moleskine journal of the same thickness. The 3 skinnier cahiers are much lighter, don't take up any space, and can actually fit inside my planner (it sticks out a bit but is much more manageable when the hardback planner is broken in)! I use each cahier for 4 months, and it has definitely kept me more organized. The gridlines are not too dark and the paper surprisingly doesn't bleed through (I use the uni-ball Stick Micro Point Roller Ball Pens, Pack of 12 Black Ink Pens (60151) pens). Will definitely be repurchasing again!

Handsome, Rugged Grid Journals for Minimalist Bullet Journalers
I have searched far and wide for small, portable grid paper journals for my minimalist husband that are somewhat understated but still look professional and masculine. These Moleskine ones are probably the only ones like that on the entire planet. (Trust me, I've spent the last year and a half looking!)The pebble gray is a handsome charcoal color. I invested in a handmade leather journal cover that fits these books so I could give my husband a beautiful Christmas present that he has been wanting for years - a leather grid journal that is refillable.Best deal on this three pack is anything under twelve.

Will use these for trip diaries.
The perfect size notebook to take on a trip to enter trip diary notes in. The quadrille "lines" will allow sketches as well as text. I like to draw little cartoons of things I see. The pocket inside the back cover will hold the paper ephemera that one picks up on travels. Paper seems thick enough to handle writing on both sides of a page without bleeding through. Cover is a nice warm grey color, and the whole notebook is flexible, yet firm enough to write in without support underneath.

AWESOME! Will buy more.
These are great! Grid-Lines and thin. There aren't a ton of pages in here which is great. I have spilled coffee and bent the corners and don't care since these thin guys mean that you're not going to use it for the rest of your life. The last couple pages are also perforated so that you can easily tear them out of the book without compromising the spine.I'll definitely be getting more... mainly because my fiancee has been using them too.

good quality
These are a great size to keep handy in your bag along with a decent pen for sketching diagrams and notes when required. The feel is great and the binding seems ver secure. I also like the handy pocket at the back. These were my first Moleskine purchase but probably not my last!

Great for the price I paid
These were brilliant value for the amount I paid but unfortunately the price has doubled since then. If they went back to anything like that price I will get a load more but I can wait. I still have a couple left....

Good
Grey cover fades in the light/ with use but they are the usual good quality expected from Moleskine.

Very nice notebooks. Perfect size and quality
Recommended notebooks which can be used for work or shopping lists... nice paper, and the perforated pages in the second half of the book are a nice touch.
