I ordered these overalls for my husband as he works in renovation and never comes home clean.These overalls are hardworking and made to last.They accommodate knee pads, have convenient multiple use pockets and some pockets that are more specific like a ruler pocket and a softer phone pocket.They have an elasticated back for comfort, a straight leg, adjustable straps, and buttons at the waist.He’s far more comfortable in these. As he is bending and moving constantly if he wears trousers he’s always having to adjust them, this is so much better.He’s over 6 ft and the leg length is fine, I’d say they are true to size, and after a week of putting them to the test they are showing no sign of wear and seem very robust.They wash well, are so far they’re hard to fault.In my opinion the price is fair and I’ve seen similar quality at a higher price.I hope you find my review helpful.

You can never go wrong with buying from Dickie's, their quality is just great and everything doesn't feel like fast fashion. Their sizing is spot on and it is tall-friendly (5'10+)

Elastic strap at the bag completely frayed after one use. Should have listened to the other reviewers on here that raised this concern. Shame, as I liked the style and like dickies stuff normally.

Quality and pockets are good the clips could be metal unfortunately this was a bit too small for me short on the legs and material is not so breathable.

I am using the these primarily for gardening as the wet winter and spring means i am constantly dealing with mud and need clothes that will stand up to hard use and frequent washing. These bib overalls are ideal -- not exactly a fashion statement but very practical and comfortable. The fabric is not stiff and has a little bit of stretch in it, which makes the range of movement involved in gardening easier -- i spend a lot of time at the moment bending or kneeling and stiffer jeans or trousers make that uncomfortable. There are plenty of pockets for bits and pieces like plant ties and seed packets. The cut is roomy enough that in winter i will be able to wear thermal leggings under them, and a fleece jacket under the top half. Best of all for me, they wash well and can if necessary be tumble-dried so they stand up to more or less daily use in the mud. Not glamorous, but very practical.

I really wanted to like these, as I love the Dickies brand. They do look nice and fit well. I wore them today for the first time, just walking around at work. When I got home my girlfriend pointed out the back Flexi panel which had fell apart, all the elastic strands have unraveled. I'm quite slim and they were actually slightly loose on me so under no strain at all, I can't believe this on the first day. I can't recommend and I see I'm not the first to report this issue.

Overall I love these but the colour is nowhere near as dark as shown on the pictures it’s closer too a dry sand colour than anything

My husband tried these yesterday and was very happy with them. He is 5 '11 and 31-32 inch waist. He tried a small one which was a perfect fit. The trouser legs were a good length and the waist was a good fit. He wore them with a T-shirt and boxer shorts and they were very comfortable on his skin with no rubbing from stitching or seams. If you wanted to wear them over something then maybe go a size up. The only fiddly bit was getting the correct length on the buckles. They were quite fiddly to adjust but once done, they stayed in place.
