These are perfectly sized clamps and work well for 1/16 wire. These won’t work very well for cable that has a thick coating. The nuts with nylon locking rings are great and add some insurance against the nuts coming off. I’m happy with them. I’ll update if they fail or rust over time. They are supposed to be stainless so we shall see

So after previously having 2 sunshades and using the included generic cast metal hardware that eventually failed either by rusting or actually breaking, I decided to use all stainless steel this time around. Using what I learned the first time, I couldn't be happier with the finish of these clips and the socket was very handy.

I was happy with actual clamps, but the tool that they included to tighten the nuts did not fit. It was too big. The inclusion of the wrench is why I bought this specific set. So, I had to go get something that would fit.

I bought these to install shade fabric in my patio and they worked great.

These worked great for me to make loops on each end of the guy wires for a 12-foot rooftop antenna pole. The hex wrench is a tight fit, but it works great if you are careful about positioning the nut that's adjacent to the one you are tightening.I used them with T316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope Cable (1/8, 7x7), Stainless Steel Thimbles, and T316 Stainless Steel 3/16" x 2-1/4" Turnbuckles for Tensioning Cable. I also found it useful to use Shonan 2.3-inch Stainless Steel Chain Quick Link 1/4" Locking Carabiners on the top end of each guy wire where it connected to the 1-1/2" Guy Wire Clamp around the 1-3/8" pole.

Purchased these along with another version , these are far superior to other option, so easy to fit and look great like a small padlock, just tighten on to the stainless steel 3mm thick wire rope and all stays in place .
