Bona is a great product. I’ve used Bona for all of my floors over the years… tile, hardwood, vinyl plank. No streaking. No residue. Love the washable pads (I bought a pack of 3 extras).

I have tried many different brands of cleaner and this is my favorite so far. I have laminate floors and this is the only cleaner that doesn't make my floors sticky! The washable mop is great-- has lasted a dozen washings so far! The spray quality is fabulous, in fact probably too much since I have to be careful I don't get it all over the couch. It dries quickly and doesn't leave residue or have a strong scent which I like. I have already ordered more cleaner-- love that it is refillable!

This review is about the Bona Mop and microfiber pad, not the Bona cleaning liquid (which we highly recommend). This is the third Bona mop we’ve owned, and this is the first time we’ve purchased it through Amazon. Unfortunately, the first mop was lost during a move. About a year ago, on the second mop, the velcro that held the microfiber pad to the mop head started peeling away in sections. To combat this issue, I started pulling the pad away from the top to bottom instead of from left to right, which seemed to work for a little over a year. However, the velcro eventually pulled off completely, forcing me to purchase the third mop.I’ve never had any problems with the spray mechanism of the mop. When mopping premium vinyl flooring, I pull the pad off every few minutes, rinse it under the water, and then put it back on to continue mopping. I believe this ensures that I’m not mopping the dirty floor with dirty water.Why only four stars instead of five? The product broke after two or more years of daily mopping. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy.After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

Very effective and easy to use to keep luxury vinyl floors clean

Doesn't last-head breaks too easily. I did like it until it broke.Updating review-emailed Bona re the cracked head-they immediately opened a ticket-asked more questions and are shipping a new mop head. Very impressed with their quick customer service and standing up for their customers
