If your hair is dry, frizzy & can break this product is for you. The conditioner is the best ever. Must use both. Age is not an issue.

Neither, as far as I know. It changes the texture of your present hair, making it feel thicker. It works really good if you use it in between your regular shampoos. I used it every third shampoo and it really did wonders to make it feel thicker with more body. It did not harm my hair or scalp with that routine.
