Comfy super plush chair. Little massage feature is actually relaxing. Not the most sturdy of materials, but it comes together well. I like it. And it wasn't a million dollars lol. It's does tip easily when rocking. I put it close to the wall and its good to go. Its pretty too with the Grey and white stripes.

Sooo the chair they originally sent me is a piece of junk. The arms wiggled so bad and were very uneven. I was so confused because I saw so many good reviews for this item on multiple websites! I requested to return the item and the company promptly responded with an offer for a $30 discount. I declined the offer explaining that I was going to have to get a whole new chair because the one I got wouldn’t stand up to any kind of weight on the arms (whether that be a child climbing on it or just resting my arms while nursing) and asked for either a replacement chair or a full refund. They sent me new chair. The new chair is wonderful! It’s extremely sturdy, the arms are well attached to the chair itself, the back is tall as other reviews raved about, and the threading and buttons match the chair like I originally expected (the first one they sent has white buttons and threading). To be clear, they sent me 2 completely different products. The replacement is not just a better made chair, it is a totally different chair. When I dug into reviews I found lots of others complaining about the arm issue.So basically, this is a risky buy but it turned out really well. We now have the first chair in our bedroom until one or both arms inevitably break off and we have a wonderfully comfortable and well made chair in the nursery. Shipping was super quick for both (like 2-3 days) and the customer service was great! If you're reading bad reviews, it’s because they got the first chair I got. If you’re reading good reviews, it’s because they got the 2nd!In the end, I’m very pleased and very happy I didn’t spend the big bucks at target or buy buy baby.I included pictures of both chairs - I think it’s pretty easy to tell the difference, but if not, the bad chair has the white buttons and you can see how bad the arm looks (bent and literally hanging for its life), the good chair has the blanket and pink pillow on it.It’s a bummer the bad one ever gets sent out but anyway, I’m really pleased with this buy!

Easy to put together. Soft material. Arm rest is good perfect height for holding baby. Reclines or rocks just not at the same time. swivels easily. Only fault is that it is kind of hard to push in when getting up

If only I could give 0 stars.. I never leave reviews but I'm particularly inclined to tell others of the poor quality of both the product and the company.The chair is incredibly cheaply made. It arrived already falling completely apart. The entire arm rest wobbles several inches from side to side like it's going to snap off at any moment. You cannot put any weight onto it and even just looking at it, you can see how large of a gap there is between the arm rest and the seat. I wouldn't even pay 50 dollars for this chair, even if it didn't arrive already broken. The condition of the chair shows very clearly how poorly it is made and that it won't hold up to any wear and tear, especially wear and tear of using as a nursing chair supporting moms and babies/toddlers.This is the cream color and it definitely has a yellow tint to it, which I hate. The only thing I like about the chair is the fabric softness.We contacted the company the day it arrived. They refuse to give us a refund without us paying for both return shipping AND at least a 20% restocking fee. Both of those costs combined would be an incredible loss of money for us as consumers. This policy just goes to show they don't stand by the quality of their product and the policy is outlined like this to save their butts. We absolutely did not want another chair of this horrible quality sent to us but that was the only option and we still have to go through the hassle of sending this one back.Spend a little bit more money for a higher quality chair, because this one is a complete waste of money.

Just as described. Shipping was great. Really good quality for the price. Comfortable, too. Got this as a gift for a new mom and she loved it.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful recliner and soft. Two problems when you pull the recliner button it jerks you back fast. Other problem there is a manual leg push to close recliner and My legs are not strong enough to push it closed. These are two reasons I might not have ordered this chair.

Perfect for our baby’s room. Smooth glide, great for feeding, and the cushions wipe clean easily. Took off one star for setup time, but still love it.

I have this in my nursery. It is great for rocking a baby and reclining at night when exhausted. It’s very soft and seems well made . I purchased a white one and my only con is it shows every spot. It came well packaged and easy to put together. Overall great purchase and the cost was not bad at all.
