Beautiful locks with great set of hardware, if you need simple cam locks and want the best price to performance, these are unbeatable. used them across an ton of cabinets on a custom workbench. Simple DIY friendly install, superior security VS price when compared to the standard wafer locks, it's a no brainer. You can also switch between key retaining and not, by flipping the metal plate on the back, so nobody can leave it unlocked! I filed a tiny chamfer on the key tooth to allow for super fast operation, optional though. Only issue was I only received 4 locks the first time, despite box label saying 10, but the issue was corrected, and I was sent another pack, so I have 14 now, and was able to finish my project.

Easy to use, my husband had to change our lock after loosing keys to our locked mailbox and this worked well in the exchange. Great purchase! Locks well and for the price it was a great value.

Didn’t have them long because I had to return. Mistakenly purchased due to my oversight — needed 180° rotation but these are 90°. I didn’t even think about it, just assuming they were all a standard design. Seemed like good quality but I can’t speak to durability. Mainly leaving a review to advocate due diligence on verifying what degree of rotation you need before ordering.

Ever break a flat key in a lock? What a pain! Luckily I managed to get the broken part out... after days of not being able to get into my toolbox. This lock has a cylindrical key. Good luck breaking that off in the lock. The lock fit perfectly and only took a couple of minutes to replace the old one.

Instalation was super simple, but when tightening the nut with a 1/4 in ratchet, it is easily stripped. Glad I bought the box of 10. There was enough to complete the project. Also don't like how easily the black comes off.

Replaced all of storage compartment locks on my motorhome. Once you figure out the orientation of the turn mechanism on the first install, the rest are all good to go. Replaced 10 locks all keyed alike with barrel key instead of the regular keyed lock that is used on 95% of RVs.

Needed and liked the optional tabs. Used them to lock under seat compartments in gen 3 Tacoma. ...requires opening the hole slightly and removing the existing stop tab on the lower surface of the door. Takes 5 - 10 minutes per door. ...a little awkward tightening the locking nut as there's nothing but the key to prevent rotation of the lock as you're tightening. ...but it doesn't need to be very tight. You'll figure it out!

Exactly as described, locks are good quality, for each lock there is a pair of keys. Slowly swapping my arcade games to use these
