Great Computer
Great computer. It has run almost every game I have thrown at it with ease, and the software you can download with it is great for the LED lights, and looks awesome. It is very quiet, and for a $700 computer this is very good in my opinion, as someone who doesn’t have the time to build one myself. Its also very easy to setup, and its great size too.

It is an excellent PC to start streaming and more
Let me just start off by saying that I don't know much about PCs, and I was worried about taking the leap to purchase one, even after doing a couple weeks of research AND asking my hardcore PC gamer friends for advice. However, I am super impressed and so thankful that I chose this one! It is sooo worth the money! I started getting into PC gaming not too long ago, mainly playing Minecraft, and much more recently, Valorant. Both games ran like garbage on my old laptop, so I decided to upgrade - and let me tell you that this PC has not missed a BEAT! The only issues I've ever had with Valorant on this PC were due to internal issues with the game itself, not the PC. No lag AT ALL - same goes for Minecraft and a few smaller games I've played. Everything runs absolutely great! I will say I was a little worried when I opened the box up (I was hoping it hadn't gotten damaged during shipping), but it was actually packaged really nicely and came with a nice quick start guide, which was really useful for me, considering I've never set up a gaming PC before. Everything was hooked up properly internally, so it was plug and play after getting everything arranged the way I wanted on my desk, and I instantly loved the RGB lights! They're awesome! You can change the colors just by pressing a button on the top of the PC. I leave mine on the solid rainbow setting most of the time, but there are so many colors you can rotate through! The other nice thing is that it has a lot of open space inside, so I could definitely upgrade it as needed, and there's 5 cooling fans! It never gets hot (even after HOURS of playing Valorant) and is pretty quiet. The mouse and keyboard included are okay - I'm sure most pro gamers will want to upgrade, but for now, they work good for me. Coupled with my new 24" Sceptre Edgeless Curved monitor, it's a perfect match for me. If I ever need to purchase another PC in the future, I'd definitely buy one again

Don’t buy!!
This system lasted 6 days!! I purchased early for my son’s birthday. He opened it 6 days ago and it’s completely dead & past return date. Please find your system elsewhere. I wouldn’t even give this system one star, but was forced to in order to leave this review.

Good value, not perfect.
I would like to give this product a 5-star, but had an issue when it arrived. One of the ram sticks was completely dislodged from t and sitting at the bottom of the case, the other one was not in all the way. This caused the computer not to post or show any display as well as a troubleshooting indicator on the MOBO. Easily rectified, but you cannot expect someone who is buying a pre-built to know these things. It is an RMA waiting to happen. On a positive note, the first thing I was impressed with was the peripherals. Fully mechanical keyboard is pretty good actually, the mouse is better than I expected. Moving on to the PC itself, it is fairly quiet, LED's look nice and it performs as you would expect for this hardware. The wi-fi card is not particularly fast but will cap out around 100-150 MB/s so you may want to plug into ethernet or invest in a more powerful Wi-Fi solution.Overall, aside from the RAM issue it is a quality product and I was able to get it for $570, My guess is the previous person who purchased this might have had the same issue as me but didn't want to bother with troubleshooting it. Just for the graphics card and cpu alone you're looking at roughly $400, including the motherboard, case, fans, M.2 drive and the peripherals this price more than makes sense to me for the convenience of not having to build it myself.Update:Gaming performance is good, 1080p ultra with ray tracing enabled on Cyberpunk was sitting around 60-90 fps. Same situation with Modern Warfare 2, roughly around 60-100 FPS on high settings, easily can go a bit lower to hit a smoother 120 for more competitive situations. I have GTA V and Mount & Blade Warband 2 installed but have not tested yet. Expect them to perform more than adequately though. If you see this on sale, pick it up. It won't break the bank and should have some longevity for future game releases.

happy with my purchase!
this is my first ever pc so i had a hard time finding one at a decent price with plenty of storage, so i was pretty nervous about buying one, but i eventually did. it got here faster than it said, thank goodness, and it wasn’t too hard to set up. i was so worried i would mess it up cause i don’t have any experience, and i did it all by myself. it shipped very securely, it came in two boxes, a sack i guess, and it was packed so nothing was damaged. if you’re like me and you are scared or unsure about setting it up trust me, if i figured it out, you can figure it out. have had no issues although i have only had it for about a month now, but i’m glad i got it. it also comes with a keyboard and mouse, i didn’t realize this and had already bought them from somewhere else, but i think it’s nice that it comes with, i have it as a backup. when it runs it isn’t very loud which is nice. yeah, i recommend :)

Iffy right now
Iffy on if I was given a new PC. The instructions said I needed to take foam from the inside of the unit and there wasn't any there. I also had issues starting it. It was asking me to activate a windows key so now I'm trying to figure out that. Will update if I figure it out.ProsNoise level is greatLooks cool for my nephew
