Been using this for months. Comfortable, soft, supportive. I bought the cover that goes with it and have had no problem with feathers flying everywhere. It’s well-made and since I’m so picky with pillows, I’m pleasantly surprised and pleased with this one. I recommend if you have a sore neck after sleeping or just trouble sleeping, try this pillow, it worked for me.

So comfortable and doesn't stay hot. I wish I would have bought the larger one, but this is my favorite pillow... Only one star down because this is rather smaller than a normal size pillow and floats in a pillow case. It is very gushy and easy on the head, unlike memory foam is like a brick. You can actually have a pillow fight with this and expect the person to not have a concussion!

I wanted a down pillow that would be firm enough to not spend all night fluffing it or trying to make it work. It was time to replace the one I had for that reason. I read a lot of reviews and someone said this pillow was “too firm” for them, and I knew it was for me! It is somewhat firm but not too much, and very comfortable. I love it. I followed the directions for fluffing it up to size as it comes packed down in a bag. The next morning I put it in the dryer for 20 minutes as someone had said to do in another review. I’ve spent two nights on it so far and it is exactly what I wanted. It also has a good 100% cotton cover and has absolutely no smell. Update on December 27, 2024: the pillow is still great, but I have to fluff it or squash it sometimes in the middle of the night to make it more dense.

Hiya! I have to say this pillow is nothing to write home about. Yes,it is down but that’s where my happiness ends. Once I laid down on it, it didn’t take long not just to become flat, (my favorite kind of pillow) but not a soft flat. It’s too firm, which is weird to say about a down pillow, once it goes flat. Constantly have to fluff it up. Peace.

So comfortable. Ditched all the foamy stuff. Sometimes the older tech is just better. High quality material especially for the price. Definitely worth it.

I'm really happy with my new pillow. I was concerned about the difference between the stripe and the original options. I went with the stripe and as soon as it arrived I pulled it out of the vacuum packing it started to fluff. I only had to smack it around a couple times and it was more than I expected. Very fluffy yet condenses down pretty good when you left your arm around it or let your head on it. Which is exactly what I wanted. I have a Ralph Lauren pillow that does the same thing for twice the price so I'm much happier to find this option for the future.

Great pillow, as it is not too soft, so that it is supportive. The queen size is great. I sleep very comfortably with this pillow. Price is good, too.

This is an excellent pillow. When I received it, in it's nice looking zippered case, I put it in the dryer on low heat for 10 minutes and it came out full size and ready to go. Over time I have had an increasing problem with neck pain and having the proper pillow does a lot to help with that. I'm pleased to report that my first night of sleep on my new pillow went great. It is soft and full and I was able to mold it into the perfect shape to accommodate my neck. I woke this morning refreshed and no neck pain. I fully recommend this pillow for anyone that is looking for a good nights sleep.

Decent pillow. A bit over stuffed for my liking. But it feels luxurious very fluffy. Feels like a very nice hotel pillow if they were to use goose down. Has been over 6 months of using it and it’s holding up well, I’d say it’s more comfy now then when I first got it 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's a wonderful pillow and definitely helps me fall asleep faster. (The 10 minutes in the dryer tip really works amazingly)
