Good product Good value but need Youtube for instructions
All required 10 pieces in smallish box but seems of good quality and works fine and as advertised making for good value at price.NO enclosed instructions but info at time of purchase directing to youtube installation videos are satisfactory though you just need a little patience and well working fingers; and installing yourself saves at least a $100+ service call charge

All the parts worked expect 1
Replacing it was easy. All the parts had fit into place and snapped together...except of the center unit snap piece.(See photo attached) The left part is the original and the right is the part in this kit. The replacement part on the right...is missing the tongs to snap and grip into place. It fits just fine except it doesn't hold and pops out.Bad mold? They didn't break off...just missing. I used the original and tossed the defective new version...Other than that...all good.Reuse your center snap part if still good.

I watched a UTube video of swapping out the broke one. Very simple. The new one is better than the old one.A great value too.

Higher Quality
So far, this is 5 stars. We have purchased another generic brand for the past few years after our top rack broke. We didn't realize that there was a reason the replacements kept breaking. The quality on this one is much better, and it incudes the clips that help reinforce the sides, which we didn't even realize was missing from the competitor. The rack slides much smoother, and we aren't afraid to put a bunch of heavy coffee cups on the top. This may cost as much as a 2 pack of the others, but this is worth it. We've purchased the others about 5 times now. I feel like this one will last a while!
