Great product
Overall a healthy treat. Decadent and delicious!Love these products. Only complaint is the cheap packaging. The plastic box inside the plastic bag rips very easily and then causes the cookies not to keep as fresh. There are frequent tears in the bag exposing the cookies.

Artificial coconut flavor
I'm pretty health conscious so I was extremely dissapointed upon tasting the cookie to realize that the coconut flavoring is in fact artificial. Should have known by the way it is listed on the ingredients (cocnut flavor) key word being "flavor." While it does not disclose EXACTLY what is in the artificial concoction, coconut flavor is commonly known to contain propelyne glycol (also used in dog foods, hand/body lotions and the main ingredient in anti-freeze). Should have took the extra time to read thoroughly. It is formed from a derivative of natural gas - the same stuff they use to make gas, oil, etc. Gross! It tasted like sun tan lotion!!! My taste buds were repulsed and unfortunately, I wasted my money once again. Wanted to warn anyone out there who is looking for healthier, less processed food. Always read the ingredients.

Quinoa Macaroon has 'Off" Flavor
There really shouldn't be any reason for an off flavor in a macaroon, except that possibly it is from the quinoa. The cookie has a "soapy" taste. Not a good taste in my opinion. Needing to be gluten-free in my diet, I've learned to somewhat lower my taste standards, but I just can't tolerate this one.

Vegan Natural Kosher Wheat Free Choice
Vegan. Natural. Kosher. Wheat free. Made with organic brown rice flour. [23% of total ingredients.] Very soft coconut cookies. The coconut is quite finely ground, so not chewy. Coconut flavor is very prominent. Chocolate chip flavor note is subtle. Reminds me of baked goods I've enjoyed in Hawaii. Good accompaniment with tea or orange or tropical fruit juices. Coconut cookies, including these, tend to be less moist. A great choice for those who like coconut flavor treats and those looking for wheat free vegan goodies. Five stars for tropical coconut fans, 4.5 overall. 120 calories per cookie. 9 cookies per box. Kosher "D" from processing on shared equipment. This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference. See all of my reviews and the vegancompassion Profile for more great choices. Cookie-lover loved
Hubbie loved these cookies. He has been depressed for several months (ever since he found out he was celiac diseased). When he ate these cookies he smiled--the first smile I'd seen out of him in a long while!

Great for us on wheat-free diets!
Only drawback personally is occasional bloating from gas. Otherwise a nice item at a great price.

Excellent cookies!
I've been eating these for years. Recently Whole Foods discontinued them, and won't even special order them for me any more. I was very pleased, delighted even, to discover that I could get them through Amazon, without even leaving home.If you like oatmeal raisin cookies, and want organic, these are the ones.
