I am so impressed with this product!! I am plus size and have been working on ways to cut back on sugars and working towards a more natural diet, etc. I have been a one cup a day coffee person for YEARS. I've always said that I don't actually like coffee, I just like the effects. This works EVEN BETTER than a cup of coffee. Now, instead of slowly sipping a sugar laden coffee drink, I add 2 scoops of this to my morning clear protein (no taste or significant color change), and I'm good to go! There is no smell, it dissolves easily, and gives me a great boost that feels even better than the caffeine boost I was getting from a cup of coffee. I don't have a 2pm crash or need for another. It literally works all day. And the scoop is so small, it will literally last me like 6 months, and I use it almost daily! Will definitely purchase again!

SO MUCH caffeine! This 8 ounce package has almost 300 servings with 220mg of caffeine each. Three hundred. Really. That's like 800 cups of brewed coffee, give or take. The included 1/2 serving spoon is very small, so it's important to measure carefully to prevent going overboard on your daily caffeine consumption. The flavor is bold, and I like it when mixed into most breakfast/carb items. It's flavor is different from black coffee or pure cacao, but to me it's along that same bitter, slightly burnt flavor profile. I've used it in overnight oats, cold cereal, oatmeal, kefir, and protein shakes with good results. I will definitely be buying it again, but this should last me at least a few months, and I'm used to 2-3 energy drinks daily.

I like the powder form of this supplement because it is easy on my stomach and faster acting. It doesn't last as long as the pill which I like because I can take it later in the day and still go to sleep well. energy and mental clarity is great in this product. Caution though; it is easy to get too much if not watching how much is on the spoon. A little goes a long way and that makes this product very cost effective.

After reading reviews regarding taste, I decided to mix the dose in 2-3 ounces of Sparkling Ice, and did a "shot". It worked, got it down with no problem. I was very careful not to use more than recommended. I've been off coffee 3 months, and needed a pick me up mid afternoon. I did not notice any jitters or palpitation. I will be experimenting with increasing the dose. And when fall/winter comes around, I would like to try it in a hot drink. I'm glad I tried it and think I will keep it as part of my routine.
