I have been using this watch for a while now.. I am sharing my honest view.. Initially when I bought this watch, it stopped working after 3 days. So I got it exchanged. It was a hassle free exchange and I received a fresh watch. It worked fine in the starting. But later, I encountered various issues with the watch like1. The charging percentage of the watch on the app is always incorrect and therefore it gets discharged and is switched off.2. The call display on the watch remains on even after the call is picked and its has to be cancelled manually.3. The step count is always incorrect. It shows way more than the steps walked.So the conclusion is I am not very satisfied with the product.

I am not able to get started with the Smartwatch and have not been provided proper guidance for starting it.

First of all it's not a real fire bolt. If not why do we install Da Fit app instead of a fire bolt app? Secondly, it keeps turning your mobile bluetooth ON by itself. Third it keeps resetting every now and then. Although rest of the features look OK but, nothing great about it.
