Perfect for graphic design
My biggest worry when getting this chair was that I would be the one assembling it. I had seen an artist in a studio using this chair, and was instantly interested, as I work long hours with independent graphic design, and have never found normal chairs comfortable for me. Thankfully, when I got the chair and opened it up, the instructions were clear and concise, the tools were all provided, and it went together in about an hour! It probably would have gone faster if I'd had another set of hands. The only thing that was difficult was adjusting the knee pad height, and even that was just frustrating more than difficult. The cushions are about four inches thick of memory foam; sitting on this chair is heaven as far as comfort. And super adjustable, too- I'm 5'9" and my desk sits about 3' high, so I needed a tall, comfy chair. It is also sturdy and well balanced, which is important for a klutz like me.All-in-all, I am incredibly happy with this product, and will recommend it highly to my friends.

Wheels included are terrible
I love most of this chair. The adjustibility is great, the cushions are fine. The steel construction seems very sturdy. But the casters included with it are problematic for me. There is too much play in the bearings, and so the wheels are always pushed to an angle when there is weight on the chair. I am not an especially big guy (180lb) but when I am sitting on it, the differing angles of the wheels makes it almost impossible to roll reliably in one direction.I will be trying some higher quality casters and update whether that fixes the problem.

Versatile options for assembly
At first this helped a lot with my posture and back pain, after 2 months or so using it daily, i have to alternate to my saddle type chair then my normal chair. the leather is not as easy to work with as I thought, definitely HAVE to wear pants with this lol. it is not comfortable anymore as the pressure is a bit painful for my shins and hips.

Totally Disappointing In Every Way
I forgot I even purchased this chair. Was years ago. And while scrolling through my Amazon purchases, I was reminded.I was reminded of how much I hated it while it took up space in my apartment. Enough so to write a review years after the fact. This chair is awful. It causes pain, not relief. Despite the ample padding, it just isn’t comfortable. The metal has no give at all like wood does. I tried every combination and adjustment to find the right combination for my body…it just wasn’t possible to find the sweet spot. I tried with wheels in and wheels out. Adjusted the angle adjusted the height adjusted the ratio between seat and leg pads. All terrible. My shins just never aligned well with the pads. I’d have to forcefully hold them in place which sort of defeated the purpose of the chair. Within minutes the pain and numbness would overcome my legs and I’d get off and go sit in the old, creaky wooden one I’d gotten at a thrift shop. That one performs (to this day out on my porch) in wonderful fashion. Do yourself a favor, get a wooden one! You’ll be happier.I remember… I thought “all of this padding is going to be luxurious and SO comfortable”. It just isn’t. There’s not enough cushioning to make this chair useable.Do not purchase.Oh yeah!!! I just remembered!! One of the cheap, plastic casters immediately broke, which is why I was experimenting with “wheels out” in the first place. Seriously. Don’t buy this chair. Utter garbage.

Wheel CONSTANTLY pops off!!
This chair is really comfy; however, one of the wheel constantly pops off, like 5-10 times a day. It's SUPER annoying!! I would love to get a replacement wheel!!

Great alternative to flat-butt chairs. Perfect for those with Sciatica
I have a moderate case of Sciatica from a combination of playing sports my entire life, mixed with 12+ hours a day sitting at the computer for latter half of my life. I am in my thirties now and I could feel my Sciatica getting worse every week, until finally I decided to give up my wonderful Aeron chair that I've had for 10+ years. I tried the standing-desk routine, but I often found it to be too much for my line of work, where I am constantly critically thinking and problem solving. Trying to do anything with significant mental process was just too much for me when I was standing. My feet would ache, I would constantly be shifting weight to each side, and overall it was a major distraction and prevented me from truly concentrating.I've had this chair for less than an hour, but I'm already very very very pleased. I haven't beeing in a comfortable position where I am able to operate at my computer without any pain or distraction since college. I am excited about all the things I'll be able to do now without having to take hourly stretching breaks where I am wincing in pain and struggling to even walk because of the further damage my traditional flat chair was causing to my condition.I was contemplating getting the Leather Faux cushioned version for $10 extra, however I ended up going with the mesh version. I often find Leather to be sweaty when used excessively, also it tends to crack and tear easier over time, in my experience. The mesh cushions are plenty soft enough for me at 6' 200lbs.

Relieves psoas pain
My psoas muscle has been tight and painful for quite some time and sitting in a chair all day at work and most of the evening doing homework has been tough. I've tried stretches and PT, but the tightness always returns. This kneeling stool allows me to "sit" for longer while I'm doing homework because the angle of my hip is extended and that reduces the strain on my psoas and hip. I like the stool so much I am considering getting one for work so I can alternate between standing, kneeling, and sitting.
