My hairdresser and I both agreed that my hair was becoming much thinner - due to medical treatment. I couldn't really stop the treatment so I was quite upset. My hairdresser recommended Kelp and after doing some homework I found your company and these tablets. Because of my medical problems and other medication I was advised to take any new medication slowly so I started on 1 Sea Kelp tablet (120 mg) every other day. Then I increased to 1 tablet a day. I have just (today) started on1 tablet twice a day. I visited my hairdresser again yesterday (I see him every 3 weeks, having short hair) and he says he can definitely see an improvement. I have felt the same too but thought maybe I was imagining it (out of desperation !!). That is such good news and after such a short time. Not a huge improvement but definitely things are going the right way. My hairdresser is taking good note and will compare again in the next 3 weeks. Thank you so much. It could be a coincidence as I am trying other strategies as well, but for the first time in years, my nails are now growing strong and long. My hair also seems thicker with less droppage so definitely worth a try.

I take so many drugs* my hair and nails are suffering. Sea Kelp promises to help. I've taken these pills for a few weeks and, so far, can report no adverse effects. Today I had to cut my toenails. This could be a good sign of things to come. *All my drugs are GP prescribed, but then, you'd guessed that.

I am so pleased that Oxford Vitality are selling on Amazon now! Usually I have to buy my sea kelp and Vit D from them on e-boo-bay which I do not like! I really like their products they work well and they come in small sizes instead of the ginormous tablets so may make them in.
