The size mater for the job.
Is good for any application with the regular 1/4" extension.

Great for use with extensions and impact drivers.
Its a pain to have to buy a separate hole saw extension for those difficult to reach areas. They're expensive and you can never find it, or the darned set screws, when you need it.This little guy comes in real handy, since it has a 1/4" hex shank, you can stick it in any 1/4" hex extension, or in an impact driver for that matter.It probably won't handle as much torque as a standard hole saw arbor, but it has held up well for me. With a threaded adapter (that usually comes in larger hole saw kits) you can put larger hole saws in this arbor as well. I use more expensive arbor usually, but when its time to go 12" deep, this arbor is cheap and effective. I use it mostly for drilling through layers of metal studs, usually around commercial door frames. It fits standard hole saws such as Milwaukee, Lennox, etc. Those cheap wood-only hole saws you get at Harbor Freight usually have a different thread pattern or hole saw attachment mechanism.

For light duty their great.
For what I used them for they worked great. You want to keep in mind when when hole sawing smallholes you will probably be fine. When doing use the larger arbor with pins. I bought three of them abouttwo years ago when they were about one third of the price.

Works well with 20v impact!
I Love the fact this fits in an impact allowing me to carry just one drill, however my one concern is the tiny allen set screw for the pilot bit has a tendency to tweak offsetting the pilot bit. Drilled 30 - 40 7/8 hole's daily through 18g metal with this arbor for couple weeks. There is a version that has a larger slotted set screw adjusted with a flat tip screw driver that holds up well!, I quite frankly wasn't paying attention when I ordered these. To date I haven't found the correct part / model number for that particular slotted set screw.

Greatest arbor ever!
The flexibility of the arbor is awesome!! You can use it in a standard drill motor or an impact driver.. especially the impact driver for me.

Wobbles.
Does not run true. Drill and shank are not concentric. Drill bit out of round at tip by 1/8" easy. I was in a bind and kept it anyway, I had to bore some holes. I purchased their hole saw and it was OK, but this mandrel was not ok for a US made product.

It worked well for me.
It worked well for the task for which I purchased it. However, my task did not involve much torque. It seems well made.

Doesnt fit a 2-1/2" hole saw
Didn't fit the hole saw I purchased separately, the thread diameter is too small
