Edit: 6/23My first set of blinds came a little bent, and within a couple weeks they reached out and corrected the issue without me even asking. My new set, which just came in, is much better. This is a wonderful company to work with, and they have great quality blinds. it’s always a pleasure seeing products have outstanding customer service. Weffort has won me over, and I intend to purchase all my smart blinds from them into the future as we move into our new home. Highly recommend(Old review: 3/23)This company itself has been a pleasure to work with. The blinds work well in many ways, but considering the price on these (despite being more affordable smart blind options, they still run a hefty price), I'm particularly frustrated with one substantial flaws in this product. When rolled down, the edges of the shades curve outward. This is a huge problem since their sole purpose is blocking and trapping light from the window, but much of the light leaks out because the fabric material bends outward. Aside from this functional flaw, it also just looks bad, and ruins what is otherwise a very classy looking set of blinds. What's strange is that it's gotten more pronounced and obvious each day over the last week since I got them. This wasn't an issue when I originally installed them. I've checked every angle of the installation to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong, and there's nothing "bending" the fabric edges that I've caused.Pros:- They look great. I was hesitant about the lighter gray shade, but and I'm glad I chose it. It looks premium and high quality.- Not as heavy as I thought. Sturdy, lightweight blinds that don't make me fear them ever falling.- Decently quit, not to loud.- Getting set up in the Apple Home app was as easy as anything could be.- Weffort reached out to confirm the measurements, and everything in my order (including exact measurements) was spot on. Love that.Cons:- The drywall anchors are virtually useless. The screws don't fit them well at all, and I would NEVER recommend using them. Not a big deal, but worth noting.- Homekit has a substantial delay to open or close them on command. Again, nothing problematic, and I'm mostly fine with the delay, but sometimes it takes up to 10-15 seconds for the blinds to respond after the HomeKit command. The remote is, however, immediate.- As mentioned, the sides of the shades curve outward. This is my biggest issue.As of now, I'd like to contact Weffort to solve this issue, because I like so many things about this set of blinds. I guess we'll see how everything turns out.

The blinds are super easy to install and program. Some of mine are over 5' wide and I was able to install by my self. Only takes about 10 - 15 minutes from install to completion. The Homekit integration is OK. I have 6 of these blinds now and sometimes one doesn't open when it should. Upgraded to Homepod for my hub and it still seems to miss one once in a while. Tried resetting it like instructed but didn't seem to help. Overall a good product and the fit has always been correct. For some reason if you want multiple of these its cheaper to keep buying them individually as you only get the discount per order and not per blind. If you require full blackout i would recommend getting the light blockers. I can't really evaluate how well those work because we didn't need them. Will update when our room gets done and i've tried the blockers.

The media could not be loaded.  We purchased these blinds for every bedrooms and their light filtering blinds for the dinning room. It cost us a fraction of the price we got quoted. Make sure you order their samples before because they do have colors that are not showing available. It also comes with explanation on how to measure them (top/middle/bottom and left/middle/right) and what measurement to enter when putting the order. I wanted a color that wasn’t available, so reached out to them. They said which one to pick (for now) and to confirm the color/style. They do contact you before production and go over everything. It was a big purchase so we were a bit worry, but we had great communication from the moment we order them to after we installed them. Installation is super easy and fast. Did 10 windows in less than an hour. We wanted to set them up with Google home. We purchased the hub for each room and realized they can all connect to just one hub (a tiny USB key that we plugged in the garage). We set them up to go up and down at a specific time. They all came with the battery fully charged. We named them by room (master 1, master 2, master 3) and one remote for each room. The remotes came already set up with different channels (one per room) so they don’t open the wrong room. You just need to synch them by pushing few seconds a tiny button. Amazing quality and so quiet. Black out is great! (You can add a trim on the sides but we did not) Absolutely wonderful (product and service!)!!!!

Installed this in our kitchen. The installation was quite easy. I like how the blinds just snap properly into the brackets with actual spring loaded tabs instead of just pressure fit. The motorized control worked well with both the included remote control and Siri voice control. The former is instantly responsive while the latter responds with a slight but acceptable delay. Motor noise was lower than expected. Overall, very satisfied with this product and will consider it for other rooms

These blinds are great. I was nervous about getting the size right, but the company messaged me and made sure to ask questions. They fit perfectly. I ordered motorized blinds somewhere else trying to save money, they did not ask me questions and it came up a little short. Luckily it still fits. You may be tempted to go the cheaper route. Don't!! WEFFORT Motorized Roller Shade is what you want to get. Easy install, and pretty easy to connect to Alexa (I had a little bit of a difficult time, but I think that was more operator error). Customer Service was Awesome!!Thank You!!

Shade was delivered several week ago and just got around to installing. Simple easy to follow directions. I wanted a longer size than listed and after the company called to review my order I was able to add to the length. Customer service is great and you want be disappointed in the product. Needed this for years but never realized how inexpensive it would be. Remote is easy to use and works great. Not using Alexa but I'm sure it is just as easy to hook up as to install the unit.
