Get what you ordered.
It’s a good carrier, seems well made and actually fits the dimensions for taking your pet on the flight with you. The price is very good and about half of the one I returned because it won’t fit under the seat. I deducted a star because I ordered pink but got black.

Miniature schnauzer
Just got these carriers today so have not traveled yet. Both pups fit and can turn in the carriers, one in each as seen in picture. Would have liked a larger size but traveling Alaska airlines and they have specific measurements this carrier fit. I like that the top can pop up for extra head space. My oldest and a bit larger schnauzer seems to really like the carrier. So far so good.

Just took a cross country trip with my poodle/jack Russell terrier in this carrier.8 + hours.Many pluses to this carrier. We purchased a similar version with out the pop up top, But chose to take this one instead because of the extra features.The pop up top creates more space while waiting between planes, pushes down easily to fit under the seat on board.4 different ways to open it allows air flow and easy access.Handy pocket on back side for leash etc.The zippers and mesh are pretty strong, held up through a little scratching no problem.All in all nothing bad to say about this carrier.WELL Worth the extra price for the design. It also can fold up flat and be carried by the straps like a back pack when not in use. GOOD CHOICE for AIR TRAVEL

It didn’t work as described
The reason why I bought was to take my puppy in a flight to visit family. And this is what happened. Disappointed for price I paid for it. Flying back and no carrier

Airplane Approved
Perfect size on our Spirit flight (in cabin). Fits right under seat at our feet! Our puppy was about 15lbs and long (Corgi 5 month puppy).
