We recently reduced the length of our Coffee Scoop slightly so that it lays down flat within the medium and small Airscapes. The total length is 11.25 cm.

Is this by any chance hold the same amount as a 1/3 measuring cup?

It is equal 2 Tablespoons. A 1/3 measuring cup hold about 7 Tablespoons

Does it fit inside the Airscape canister when it's full of beans and closed?

NO! and if I had know that I would not have waisted my money on it, you can only have half a canister full of beans to get it to fit

What are the physical dimensions of this spoon? Specifically, how long is it?

It’s about 4-3/4” long. Love it.
