Loving my ECO05 machine. Christmas gift from hubby. What a lot for the money. In the box is so much, even a box of threads to get you started. Lots of tools as standard and includes a 3 spool stand. 2 hoops and a memory stick to transfer designs to the machine also included. Even an aftersales team to help learn the machine included. I am impressed and would have paid extra for this. Machine so far hasnt been pushed as I am learning. Just moved from using one colour only to multiple colours. Very impressed so far with the quality if the embroidery. Machine is pretty easy to get started. Noise level is suprisingly low, not much louder than a sewing machine. Learning as I go I am one very happy customer. Dont forget to join facebook group for poolin lots of helpfull people there including technical people from poolin to help out. Thank you Poolin.

i am new to embroidery and my machine arrived it was easy to set up and i did a tester without any issues. I would recommend joining the Poolin facebook page before the machine arrives. i was sent tutorials and test patterns. The help from the Poolin group and other members is invaluable.The machine comes with everything you need to get started if you are like me new to embroidery. The manual is informative with clear instructions and a usb is even included to store your patterns.

Incredible what comes in the box, literally everything you could want to get going, super clear instructions, loads of accessories, just amazed at what they thought to put in the box at an outstanding price point.

Great product once you come to terms with it but Kevin on their customer support Facebook has been amazing! A few crys, tears and nearly sending it back twice with his help and the group I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s hard but once you get to know it, it’s fantastic!

I was looking to replace my home embroidery machine and the Poolin EOC05 was the best value on the market. I had a few teething problems when it arrived but the online staff are quick to respond and help you sort out any problems. The after sales team are extremely good, esprcially Kevin Xu. The machine comes with everything you need to make a start, including threads, pre-sound bobbins, stabiliser and a tool kit with snips, tweezers, screwdriver etc.. It has two hoop sizes and downloading designs and transfering them to your machine is simple. Just copy and paste on to a USB stick (this is also provided with the machine).You will need to get additional software if you want to make your own designs but this was also the case with my previous much more expensive machine. There are free Digitisers available to download online like Ink Stitch and others. Overall I am very happy with my new machine :-)

Poolin EOC05I love this machine.It looks great and as I’m new to embroidery, it is very easy to use.I cannot fault the after sales team. I was contacted by not one but two engineers to ensure that their product was working efficiently and to assist with any issues I may run into.Kevin even checked my sample works ensuring that the tension on the machine was correct and gave me the best output results.I was advised which software to use and I was given a list of free sites including theirs.I was also sent a video on how to maintain the machine. Even though free aftercare from this company is continuous and comes as standard.I feel that I am going to have fun with this machine even though i am only a few days into it.

After a successful start have come to a halt. Machine no longer operates. Have tried all recommends to no avail. Regrettable must return this machine.
