Worth the money
The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this. The shipping package was damaged which tore the wire but the seller was great about giving me a discount and I just rewired around the hole. I elevated mine to keep the dogs off the cage as the wire would not be able to keep them out. This worked out well with the window access. You do have to purchase a separate cat door for the screen. The unit did not sit flush against my house since the window is regressed a bit. I made a small wood frame to fill in the gap and make the transition seemless. I thought the assembly was easy and I completed it by myself. I did have help lifing it up onto the platform. Looks nice and seems sturdy. Mine is placed under a porch overhang so the roof quality isn't an issue for me but it also seems decent.

My cat loves it!
Mister loves it, enough room to bask in the sun, and lay in the green grass. Easy to put together, looks amazing.

Easy to put together, great customer service
I love this! And my cat does too. It’s easy to put together and although I did have some questions about it, the seller responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. Wonderful customer service! I’m very very happy with this and will probably even buy another.

Catio
I like it! I had read some reviews that the wood was cheap and that is not true. The wood is the same wood that you see when you buy an Enclosed rabbit hutch, chicken coup or any inclosed area at a feed store or pet store I would describe the wood as soft wood. So when assembling it be gentle with your drill.Next it was very easy to assemble all the panels were numbered and the instructions were easy to understand. With that being said I recommend that 2 people assemble this. I think it would be frustrating for one. It could be done but I don’t recommend it.There was one panel where the wood was splitting it wasn’t big and I really really needed this enclosure. So I had some cat guard tape and glue and that problem was solved. I might at that, of course this is wood and it’s not always going to arrive perfect.I compared the price if this catio to other companies and thus companies was the cheapest for the exact same product under a different brand name.I will say I was worried when I first ores this product but I am very happy I ordered it abs have no regrets I will order from this company again!!!!!

Terrible
First off, I can’t believe they charged so much for something so cheap. Just taking the pieces out of the box I could tell right away it was poor quality. Then there is the issue of putting it together. Only some of the holes are pre drilled. You’ve got to guess where to put the other half. And careful not to break any of the panels as you attach them too each other.. cuz yah, that will happen fast and then it’s all just a pile of junk. The panels are not clear on which is which so good luck figuring that out as well. Also, if you don’t have a drill, don’t bother. A screw driver won’t put this together.I’m so very unhappy with this purchase.

Can't beat the price!
Great value for the price! I am a service engineer so I take stuff apart and put it back together, thats my job experience. I have one huge negative and a quality complaint on the slide bolt assembly. If your not mechanically inclined or don't have a friend who is. You will be frustrated in putting this together. There are no written instructions in English on how to put this together! It's all pictures! One, make sure to have another person assisting you, Two, make sure to put this together on a FLAT surface! It must be square so that the holes that are in the pieces line up and go thru straight! If not, the roof pieces will not line up with the frame without someone pushing the frame into place. 4, put your screw gun on the lowest torque setting so not to strip the wood! 5, go to your local hardware store or big box and buy a decent slide bolt assembly. The one that is provided is poorly made and you have to fiddle with it to slide correctly. 6, Your cats will thank you for the effort!

Roof is badly designed
I purchased this in May 2022. It's cute, reasonably sturdy, and my cat loves it. I could have made something more durable for maybe half the cost, so I think the price is reasonable for the time saved. Here's the problem: as the summer wore on, the flat roof panels - which are just plywood covered with a heavy coating of asphalt - began to bow inward when they got wet. Now, they are very misshapen (see photos.) There are major issues with this!1. The gaps between the three panels are now so large that they provide little shelter from the weather;2. If rain could do this to them, they clearly will not be able to handle a Maine winter. Any significant snowfall will be the end of them;3. When they collapse under the snow, if the two end panels don't come loose from their screws, the whole structure is in danger - the panels are heavy and the framing is very thin;4. Most worrying, when the roof fails, the middle panel will fall straight through because it has less support than the two end panels (in fact, none at all now.) It is heavy, as I said, and would certainly injure my cat if she doesn't sense it coming - it's right over where she likes to sit.Obviously, I'm taking steps to make sure these things don't happen. I am doing this at my own expense because it has become urgent, but I intend to contact the company, as well. This design flaw worried me from the moment I saw those panels. It seems to me a surprisingly amateurish mistake - there's a reason why houses have peaked rooves, gutters, etc!I've purchased some deck paint and 2 pieces of marine plywood. One is a single sheet that covers the roof opening, and the other is a 5" x 71" strip that will prop the roof panel up on one side, creating a slight angle. I hope it's enough. The resulting new openings will be made safe again with some scraps of wire mesh that I have left over from another catio project. Perhaps the manufacturer would consider a similar solution for this otherwise decent product.I will update this review after I contact the seller/manufacturer, if there's anything to report.
