This is one of the best all-around flashlights on the market, providing a whole lot of light from a compact form. While it isn’t the absolute brightest light you can find online or at a specialty store, at 1300 Lumens max, it’s brighter than just about anything you’ll find at a big box retailer, regardless of size. Seriously, if you’ve only ever bought flashlights from those retailers, this will absolutely blow those out of the water in just about any category.Casual users will note the brightness (of course), but the versatility is where it really shines (…sorry). The aluminum body fits perfectly in my hand, and it’s compact enough to fit nicely into a pocket, drawer, or glove box. The battery can be charged via USB-C, so you can pretty much power this up anywhere. Better yet, the battery is also removable, so you can also keep a few charged and ready to go for hurricane season if you buy extras.The magnetic tail cap is really strong, enough so that the light can actually be mounted horizontally on a steel surface (it’s one thing to withstand gravity pulling the load away from the magnetic surface, it takes a lot more strength to hold up against being sheared along a surface). Being able to mount this light is useful in a lot of places, most notably under the hood of the car.The waterproof rating is also excellent, and you can certainly drop this light into a puddle without concern. It’s not a dive light, but it will withstand any conditions you’re enduring without incident. For the serious flashlight people, this is basically a clone of the Wurkkos FC11, which enthusiasts hail as the gold standard in EDC lights.There are a host of other features that round out the abilities of this little powerhouse, but you’re best to experience them yourself. You won’t beat the performance for the price, and having this handy will save your butt and impress your friends at the same time. But don’t just buy one if you’re in a two-person household, unless you want to fight over who gets the good light.

Going to be returning this unit. Maybe it's not charging correctly, for I dont kno. Book said, flashing red while charging NOT red AND green. Press tail button, won't stay on unless pressed in. Cant be tryin to hold a button in.... Cant find enough info nor Q&A!

I'm really glad I took a chance and got this light. It’s a compact, comfortable and feature-laden flashlight at a really good price. After working with it for a while, I appreciate the attention to detail. The switch is large and easy to find (and it tells when your battery is running low!). The threads are quality square-cut and lubricated from the factory. The magnet in the tailcap is strong and useful. I’ve used it to get more illumination on my drill press and bandsaw and could see it being of use while fixing a car or other piece of machinery. The charging port makes keeping this light ready to go an easy thing to do. The clip is strong enough to hold the flashlight in place and is nicely finished with no sharp edges to be found. My favorite feature is the beautiful High CRI LED. It makes objects appear as they would in natural light. Lesser LEDs tend to wash out colors, but this one keeps them vibrant in use. I also enjoy having ramping brightness levels, Turbo just a double click away, Strobe comes on with a triple click and if you click and hold the light when it is off, you have access to a very low Moonlight level that allows me to find something in the dark and not wake my wife! Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nice light package (battery, lanyard and extra O-rings) that is a solid value.
