Execellent. Mixed with an electrolyte drink you will feel like you drank 5 cups of coffee. That is if you are actively working out.

I got the bomb pop flavor and it’s not great. The taste is a bit off from what I was expecting and it tastes chemically. It’s not terrible or un drinkable but I am a bit disappointed. On the flip side though, it does mix well and doesn’t clump up or get super foamy. Since I got it on sale, I will probably keep it since it’s the EAAs that I truly care about, but I don’t think I would buy it again.
