The best
Solgar are the best vitamins out there. I noticed a difference in my energy levels and general health. Even got my blood tested and everything was perfect. I don't eat the healthiest diet, so these are a God send to me

Bigger isn't always better
I love Solgar products, but these tabs are too big to swallow. I cut them in half, but wish they were smaller.

Large purple tablet
Found the purple tablet large and hard to swallow. I cut it in half, but still had to eat it with my evening meal, and that took time. I usually can't take B vitamins with yeast, but these were different, and as I could tolerate them, I'm upset that I can't swallow them. I can't go through that palaver at every meal.
