Effective Relief for Swelling – Versatile and Reusable
These gel finger sleeves have been really helpful for post-surgery swelling. They work well hot or cold and are easy to use and reuse. The compression is light—great for my larger fingers (ring size 11.5), but a smaller size might work better for those with thinner fingers.Only downside is the inner seam leaves a skin impression, but it’s minor. Overall, effective, comfortable, and meets my needs perfectly!

These are awesome. I have a knuckle that gives me bad pain after bowling or golf. I've always tried to ice it which can get pretty clunky with larger ice bags or even bags of ice. It's hard to get the cold right where you need it. Be mindful, these get very very cold. Pain then numb, exactly what an ice pack is supposed to do. Also keep in mind the cold wears off quite quickly, also good IMO. The reason I say this is because the cold is intense, and when the cold starts to wear off it's a good reminder to take off the sleeve. These are quite comfortable to wear and fit my ring finger easily. I have large hands, size XL glove size so these should work for most people with average to large hands, but might be a little big if your fingers are short and skinny.

Cooling relief
Does provide cooling relief for a few brief minutes, but they warm up pretty quickly. They’re large and loose, and I have big hands (size 9.5 ring finger). Still a good idea for sore joints.

Worked Great on Broken Pinky
Used this over top of the wrap on my ring and pinky fingers. Gave a nice compression and stayed cold for a decent bit. Helped with the pain and swelling a lot the first few days. I would definitely recommend. I have small hands and could fit 2 fingers inside at once, but it also worked on individual fingers too. Stretches a bit and seems durable.

Cold out the freezer, but doesn’t retain its temp long
Doesn’t remain cold that long, and too cold when you first take it out of the freezer. Though it is pretty convenient compared to a regular ice pack, & provides some compression. Stayed on the pinky finger pretty well. For something you’ll probably rarely use, it’s a reasonable cost and seems like it is pretty well made.

Gel pack for finger
Not much to say-arrived quick and says very cold once frozen.

Works great
These stay cold for as long as I need them to. I just keep them in the freezer all the time so they’re ready at any time.

Convenient
Works great but can get super cold when using the ‘ice’ option. I prefer the heat option more. And great to use before therapy exercises to get the finger warmed up and more pliable!
