These are a great deal for the price. They aren't super heavy or super thin but decent deal for the price/quality and the amount you receive. We buy these for our restaurant.

Quick to rust
The knives are already rusting. We washed them in hot soapy water and immediately dried and polished them and 13 of the 36 knives were rusted. Very disappointed as I own a restaurant and needed this extra silverware

Dishwasher doesn't like these
2 stars because it might just be my dishwasher but these knives come out filthy. Brown gunk (not sure if rust or other) is stuck in the teeth. Would pass on these and pay for more expensive knives. In addition some just seemed to come dirty.
