The shoe fits fine, 10 is my usually size and this 10 fits well length wise. The one problem I have is that the sides of the shoe bow out a bit and are too loose for my foot, my feet are narrow, so if you have normal feet it is probably fine. I think If I put an insert in them they should fit even better.They are comfortable so far, but I haven't done a 12hr shift in them. I still worry that they may fall off due to the wideness, so until I get an insole, I won't be using them for on the floor.

I probably should have ordered a medium width. I did not try to exchange them because I believe that, being leather, they will stretch. I have worn them once to work, and was able to wear them for about 8 hours before changing into my old shoes. I do believe this will change over time and they will be just fine. Otherwise, I am very happy with these shoes and would recommend them to anyone. Just be aware that you should order the wider width if you have wide feet.

These shoes are okay. They look better in the picture than on the foot, but they are fairly comfortable. I had anticipated more of a traditional loafer fit, but do not quite cover the top of the foot like a loafer. I wear them to teach a 4-hour clinic, and by the end of the four hours my feet are somewhat uncomfortable. They are not a bad shoe, but I've worn better. I also ordered an 8 1/2 and was sent a 9. There were no 8 1/2's left and I needed a shoe, so I kept it.

Very happy with these shoes and would highly recommend! They came in today - just in time, working a double shift! - and have been comfortable all day. They are non-skid, but the pillowtop is the best part! I like how dressy they are while still being functional and practical. If you work at a nursing facility where you have a uniform instead of regular scrubs, these shoes are perfect!

These shoes look and feel great, are durable and easy to clean, but they are too large. I have put insoles in them to help them fit better, but still have to wear two pairs of socks to keep them from flopping off of my feet. I suggest buying a half size smaller than you normally wear.

This shoe is a good buy for the money. It is comfortable, however, the insoles do come out and the stitching around the heart on the side of the shoe is rough to say the least. You pay for what you get here.

I realize that I have two feet which are not exactly the same size so one shoe always fits better than the other, however with these shoes one shoe was very wide and loose and the other was very tight. If they stretched out, the smaller one would fit but the bigger one would probably fall off. Other than the fit that way, they were very nice looking, well made and I believe had good arch support.

Fits small. The insoles are comfortable but the slight heal made it uncomfortable for being on your feet all day and the fact that they were way to small didn't help. I needed them for nursing school so I didn't have time to return them. I have since bought some adidas and love those for clinicals.
