Good quality, but hurt my feet
These insoles are very good quality, but they hurt my feet so much so that had to stop wearing them. I need to go and see a podiatrist. I guess it’s hard to make insoles that are suitable for everyone’s feet. However, it doesn’t take away the fact that this product is very good quality and worth every penny.

Good quality insoles, just a little too big for my shoes but they can be folded down.

Not for small feet
I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both my feet and bought these as I was hoping to fit them into dressier shoes for work since all I’ve been able to wear are arch support trainers.I’m a size 3.5/4, they don’t have an XS but the S size is supposed to cater down to a 4.5.I still had to trim them far beyond the guidelines to get close to my size but managed to make them fit in the end.Unfortunately, these insoles are so thick that I haven’t been able to find any shoes to comfortably wear them in, even after removing the original soles. I’ve even bought a pair of shoes in size 5 but the insoles still made them too tight. As far as plantar fasciitis they do help, but the problem is that my feet ended up hurting in other places from them being squeezed at the toes and top part of the feet once they’re in shoes. They might work for bigger sizes/wide fit shoes in a size up, but if it’s just to fit them into trainers anyway I would rather recommend directly buying trainers with arch support.I guess I’ll have to keep saving and try to get proper orthopedic shoes.

Expensive but work
These look and feel hard, so I was dubious, however after wearing then all day I wasn't in pain at the end of the day and could walk normally... well for me anyway. i may have to buy some more for my other shoes!!!

Not a great update
I’ve used these insoles for some time now due to my issues with plantar fasciitis over the years. For some reason they decided to change the model and now updated it with a hard area exactly where my inner heel needs comfort. After using them for 1 week my feet were constantly in pain and it took me multiple massages and my old I soles to recover. I don't understand why they changed the model, a shame as I’ve been a customer over the years. I’ll need to find another model that mimics what this one used to do.

Doesn’t fit in all shoes
Doesn’t fit to all shoes - only wider ones or one size bigger. One fits perfect and the other one gives me a pain whilst walking.
